The land can only be reached by car through the village of Marianka. Google maps do not show the correct way, you need to follow the route in the picture and follow the wooden signs BEZKEMPU. Do not try to drive directly from Stupava, the navigation cannot show the way correctly.
Restriction of the access road
The road is not suitable for larger cars. There is little space for manoeuvring large cars on the plot. Suitable for small caravans and motorhomes only. The road is quite narrow branches can hang over and after rains there can be mud on the road.

The grounds are ideal for children. To keep the kids entertained, the grounds feature a treehouse, a trampoline, swings, a sandbox, a rope bridge, and a slide.
The teepee tent, suitable for both children and adults, can be used for play or as a unique overnight stay—included free of charge.

A wonderful piece of land away from civilization. A great place for the kids, who had a blast there, and we hardly even noticed them the whole time. We'll definitely be back.

A nice, quiet place. We used it as a base for cycling, and we had everything we needed. We'd love to come back.
Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, but everything was amazing. The owner was very kind and willing to give us directions over the phone—we got a little lost at first. We really liked it; we had a wonderful time in an amazing place. We’d definitely love to come back here. We even went for a dip in the hot tub. The rope, the cabin, the trampoline—everything was great. We didn’t even have time to try all the other things this beautiful place has to offer.

The lot is the perfect size for two tents. There’s running water and an outhouse. The playhouse for the kids and the trampoline were great. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. Thank you.
