Our teepee will be the perfect base for you.
We’re not glamping. UMAKI is a fully equipped teepee with amenities, a cozy atmosphere, and is baby-friendly.
It basically sleeps 4 people, but the beds can be arranged to accommodate up to 6 full-size beds. However, keep in mind that this will result in less space inside the teepee.
During colder months, when the teepee is heated by a fire, it’s best to plan for a maximum capacity of 5 people.
The beds are always made with clean sheets, but please don’t forget to bring your own sleeping bags or blankets.

There are plenty of options for day trips in the immediate and wider vicinity—whether on foot, by bike, or by car.
Nearby, you’ll find, for example, the ruins of Kouty Castle, the butterfly conservatory in Votice, and Polský vrch.
A little further away is the legendary Blaník Mountain (about a 20-minute drive), ParaZOO Vlašim, and the castle park.

In hot weather, I recommend visiting the biotope in Votice.
If you enjoy good meat for the grill, I recommend visiting the Ranchers Specialties farm store right in Jestřebice. There you’ll find not only great meat but also smoked meats and ready-made soups and sauces—perfect for a potluck, for example.
A teepee and its surrounding area with amenities are available for your use.
There are now two separate cabins in the upper part of the property near the ponds, each with its own amenities. You may therefore encounter their guests on the property as well.
Please enter the area around the upper cabins only if you are going to the playground; otherwise, this space is reserved exclusively for cabin guests.
There is also a playground by the upper pond, which can be used by both cabin guests and teepee guests. Please make sure that children do not throw stones into the pond (the pond has been cleaned and is used for fish farming) and that they take care not to damage the planted vegetation. Unfortunately, we have had some negative experiences recently. Thank you very much for your consideration.
I would also like to point out that the cottage area and the playground are monitored by a camera system (not the area around the teepees, nor the teepees themselves).
It’s usually quiet around the teepee. However, to keep the property looking the way you know it, it needs ongoing maintenance.
So from time to time, it’s necessary to mow the grass around the teepees and ponds, trim branches, or burn some brush. It’s not always possible to do this only when the teepees are unoccupied. Thank you for your understanding.

Biotop Votice - very nice swimming, there is a paddling pool for small children, then one larger shallower pool and a third deep pool. There are refreshments and seating. There is also a beach volleyball court near the biotope.

In the near future we will finish the Indian trail that will lead from the Olbramovice railway station to UMAKI. In Votice there is a children's playground, a butterflyarium, a lookout tower Václavka, every Sunday in the summer in the monastery a theatre for children
In the tepee itself there are toys for children, things for drawing, board games, books
hiking
There is an immense amount of hiking trails in the surroundings.
For example, the nature trail along the Way of the Cross through Votick.
You may only build a fire inside the teepee if it is not possible to build a fire outside or if it is cold. If you do build a fire inside, please keep it small, because even a small fire will warm the teepee well—and besides, better a small fire than a teepee in flames :-)
6.1 Accommodations
The number of guests must not exceed the capacity.
Guests under the age of 18 may only be accommodated if accompanied by an adult.
6.2 Definition of Areas Designated for Tipi Guests
A stay at UMAKI entitles the guest to use the area designated for the tipi complex, i.e., the tipi itself, the adjacent seating area with a fire pit, and the immediate surroundings.
The customer acknowledges that the cabin area near the upper ponds is a separate accommodation facility operated by another entity and is not included in the stay at UMAKI.
Teepee guests are not permitted to use the restrooms, facilities, or other areas of the cabin complex, with the exception of the playground by the upper pond. We ask guests not to linger unnecessarily in other parts of the cabin complex and to respect the privacy of guests staying in the cabins.
Teepee guests may also use the playground by the upper pond.
Guests are required to treat the surrounding nature, planted vegetation, trees, and facility equipment with care and to help keep the area tidy.
It is prohibited to damage planted vegetation, break branches, destroy plantings, or otherwise interfere with the surrounding natural environment.
It is not permitted to throw stones, branches, trash, or other objects into the ponds. The ponds are used for fish farming, and special care is taken in their maintenance.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them or their companions to the property, plantings, bodies of water, and facilities on the grounds.
Please keep the area tidy and be sure to take your trash with you.

We liked the accommodation in the teepee very much, everything was clean, prepared, we did not miss anything. The owner was very nice and prepared the number of beds according to our wishes.
🏕️ awesome, in the middle of nowhere, only one group of hikers drove around everything for a week. Silence, peace and the bubbling of water from the nearby ponds. The teepee had everything we needed and showering with the portable shower was a great adventure for the kids . We would love to come again

Beautiful, large, comfortable and equipped teepee in a great location. There was really nothing missing, on the contrary, there was a nice surprise ("minibar" in the stream). Arrangement with Markét was trouble-free, the owner is nice, helpful, recommends what to visit in the area. It was an unforgettable holiday experience for us and the kids. Thank you and good luck! :)
