Where do the property ratings come from?
The place is quiet and hidden in the greenery, trees all around and a short walk from the stream. Close to the bike path or from the window you look at passing cyclists about 250m away.
At first sight fine. Tiny house is really miniature. Kitchenette and super small sink. The equipment is minimal. Bad enough surprise that the Tiny house lacked a fridge!!! We had great weather, but due to the lack of a fridge we threw out meat and dairy products about half of our shopping for the weekend (you don't want that).
The grounds were not very well maintained, with untreated wood lying around, remnants of various ash strewn about. I was looking forward to a bathing tub. It didn't give us a bad impression either. There was little water when we sat in it, water up to the "belly button", everything was slippery (slimy) and watch out for the crumbling wooden seating in the tub.
The mattresses on the bed are uncomfortable (the futon is like lying on four towels on a hard slab). Separate toilet and shower in one(I used out of necessity). We enjoyed our time away from the Tiny house, great bike trails, lots of places to see(castle ruins, solitary rocks in the middle of the forest, views) nature beautiful.
The price per night was 2.100Kč without wood, according to what we have already seen the price is totally out of line! This accommodation is worth 700Kč per night in my opinion. If the landlord had made more effort: installing a fridge (in the description of the accommodation is!, in fact it is not), normal mattresses, a full tub of water and especially clean! the price of 2.100Kč would correspond.
Attention when putting in the stove at the tub there is a front of the stove that you have to clamp with a stick, so that it does not fall out...

Everything ready, nicely thought out. Futon beds are not for the faint of heart, you have to take that into account. Likewise, the lighting in the evening is on a headlamp, we ate outside, already because of the insects. The hot water, toilet, towels, spartan mini kitchen were great, only the electric stove takes a long time to cool down. Park up at the actual entrance to the property so as not to impede cars from exiting to the upper cottages, we parked closer to the road and were picked up by the police. There is a parking ticket in the cottage, even if it is expired, be sure to put it outside the car window, the police will get it.
Very nice accommodation in a beautiful landscape. Ideal for a couple's weekend. The swimming pool is especially great. We were with a 3 year old and it was great. The furnishings of the cottage are kept very minimalistic but as a basic it was enough. Except the bed is not for those who are into comfort. You have to take into account that there is not a very good signal. We recommend a walk to the nearby well for very tasty water. Overall very nice :-)

Lednice v tiny samozřejmě je. Vodu v kádi pravidelně vyměňujeme a vapkujeme, v technické místnosti, kde je mimo jiné prostorná lednice, je hadice a ventil na dopouštění dřevěné kádě, pila, sekera atd.
Vzhledem k tomu, že se v kádi musí intenzivně topit několik hodin, dřevo na roztopení kádě si buďto můžete v přilehlém lese nasbírat nebo ho za férovou cenu dovezeme.
Lednice v tiny samozřejmě je. Vodu v kádi pravidelně vyměňujeme a vapkujeme, v technické místnosti, kde je mimo jiné prostorná lednice, je hadice a ventil na dopouštění dřevěné kádě, pila, sekera atd.
