I didn't know that Únětice was such a beautiful and peaceful place. Martin is a great host. Very attentive, helpful and accommodating. It's great to get to know such places and people. The only drawback: The children refused to leave.
We were 3 dads with kids and we liked the place. There are goats, sheep, chickens... the kids were done with them. There is a stream in front of the property. For our purposes it was great and I would go again.
The best site I have stayed at. The hosts were very kind and helpful and I really loved staying here. A lovely peaceful valley hidden away with good facilities and incredible hosts

The land is not quite level, but there was room for a tent. The only way to get there by car is via a ford, but we didn't risk that due to the water level. However, we conveniently took our stuff on the cart.
As the owner writes that everything is about agreement, so it was 100% valid. We booked late afternoon, arranged to arrive in the evening, everything was shown and explained to us. Great negotiation.
