A flat plot of land on the banks of the Sázava River, measuring approximately 300 m², bordered on one side by the rocks of the castle’s lower grounds and on the other by a wooden railing that separates the access road leading to the Senohraby swimming area, the ruins of Zlenice Castle, and the ferry. Suitable for fishermen, hikers, backpackers, and those looking to relax. The distance to the Sázava River is about 20 meters, and to the nearest kiosk, 200 meters. In the summer, it’s a paradise for canoeists and kayakers. That’s why there’s heavier traffic here during this season. The property is separated from the road by a wooden railing; it is not fenced and is freely accessible, though vehicles and RVs must use the gate in the railing to enter / A more convenient entrance has recently been created in the railing, featuring a retractable post for larger RVs and motorhomes—see photo—and both entrances are secured with the same combination lock. There is a TOI TOI portable toilet and a seating area with a table by the fire pit. We are preparing a 230V power connection.
