Do you want to experience Christmas or New Year's Eve differently - in the silence of nature, with a view of the (snowy) landscape and the crackling of wood in the stove?
I offer the possibility of a winter stay outside of the normal season (December - February) after an individual agreement.
There is no electricity available during this period (the solar system is out of operation), but you can heat the caravan with the stove and there is certainly no shortage of atmosphere. Ideal for adventurers, romantics or those looking for peace and disconnection from civilization.

Maringotka on a hill, on the edge of an orchard, with a stunning view of the countryside and the picturesque village of Hostětín, located in the heart of the White Carpathians and known for its ecological projects (root cleaning plant, biomass heating plant, environmentally friendly street lighting, etc.).

Minimum number of nights. Accommodation is ideal for two. For more visitors it is possible to unfold the sofa and add a top mattress or (family with bigger children) a tent can be set up next to the maringot. The maximum number of visitors on the property is 4. The price per night in high season (May - September) is 1900,-/night, in low season 1500,-/night (if you visit the maringotka in low season you have to take into account a higher frequency of heating in the stove). December to February is closed. If you arrive by public transport write, I will contribute for a snack for the way home. When you visit you will receive a welcome package (local dried fruit Karpatky and cider from Hostětín cider house).

In the marquee electricity (solar panel battery) for lighting and basic needs (mobile phone charging and small fridge for food, powerbank). For cooking gas stove with oven and outside gas grill. Heating with wood in the stove (wood is prepared next door in the woodshed). Outdoor shower (camping shower barrel, spring-autumn by arrangement I will bring hot as needed), bathhouse nearby. Drinking water in barrels (50l), by arrangement no problem to refill. Fully equipped kitchen (plus a few essentials, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea,...). There is a picnic table next to the marquee, you have the possibility to hang your hammock outside, which is stored inside, wooden deck chairs are also available. There are books, a speaker, board games,...)

In the evening you can build a fire or light the barbecue, roast a sausage and enjoy the view at sunset.

The shop is 10 minutes on foot (Saturday 7:00 - 9:00). The property can be easily reached by car in dry weather, or park in the village square or in the parking lot next to the fire station, then it is a 10-minute walk to the maringotka.

In the summer it is really hot in the maringotka during the day, so I recommend to think of some other activities and visit interesting places in the area, or choose from a large number of swimming pools, which are located in the surrounding villages.
