Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The access road is a road inside the village, the car is parked in the yard. You can come on foot from the road or from the fields, from the Polish side. There is no continuous fence, so you can get directly to the property from both directions. Residential cars do not drive in the wet to the meadow with the fireplace behind the house, but have a yard inside the farmhouse, to the meadow they walk around the house about 50m.
Restriction of the access road
the passage between the buildings is about 3m wide and 2.5m high.

There is the possibility of trips around the area, on mountain bikes or road bikes. We have beautiful nature here, there are also possibilities of trips to Poland, about 2km.

There is a perfect modern swimming pool in Vižnov.

Wherever you look, you can go on a trip. Ruprechtice peak and the Czech Trail runs nearby.

A wonderful, peaceful little spot. The lady takes great care of the property, and the little house has its own charm. The surrounding nature is beautiful. The kids were absolutely thrilled. The little stream is a great babysitter :D
A beautiful, spacious, and flat plot of land where several campers can comfortably set up camp. Thanks to the medium-sized trees, there’s plenty of space, and the plot is divided into sections. Even a really large group can gather around the big fire pit; there’s plenty of firewood, and a medium-sized axe is available. Under the sunshade is a comfortable table with benches where even a slightly larger family can enjoy a meal. The kids played all week on the playhouse with two slides and two swings. Although it’s getting on in years and has a few quirks—and will eventually need to be replaced—it still serves its purpose well.
Driving onto the property requires a bit of driving skill, but even with our Toyota Proace City, we always managed to maneuver in without any major problems. The soil on the property is a bit hard, so it’s a good idea to have a mallet or hammer to drive in the tent stakes. There’s one toilet in the common room with the kitchenette, which can be a bit limiting for a larger group; we had a potty for the kids.
Cozy accommodations in the garden, with a lovely hostess. Beautiful natural surroundings.
We had everything we needed. Plenty of space, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, a toilet, and running water.
Vižňov is a beautiful village with a unique spirit of the place. Very pleasant gardens with nice facilities. Stunning sunsets. Only for RVs up to about 2.3 meters in height; this means that a low-clearance vehicle with a hearse might have trouble entering.
