You can park your car outside in front of the gate.
The garden is accessed through a small gate with a combination lock. The large gate opens and closes from the inside.
In the garden, there’s a gravel area for a RV.
Higher up on the terrace, there’s space for a large tent, or even a few smaller ones.
For children, there’s a playhouse and a swing, as well as two large trees for climbing.
For parents, there’s an outdoor seating area and two lounge chairs.
You’ll certainly appreciate the firewood, an axe, a saw, and some tools for the fire pit and cleanup.
And for cooking over the fire, there’s a pot and a portable grill.
Within 100 meters, there’s a COOP grocery store, a playground, and a water pump.
The neighbors sell jams and offer self-service snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
The swimming pool in Křtiny is 3 km away.
The nearest Albert supermarket is 12 km away in Adamov.
The best way to reach the property is by using Mapy.com and referring to the attached photos.
This is because your navigation system will take you to the end of the village, and from there you’ll need to select the “on foot” route.
Simply drive straight through the village, past the village square, the store, and the playground, all the way down to the forest. On the right-hand side, you’ll see a gate with a sign for Bezkemp.

You can dispose of sorted trash in the village square near the store. Please take your trash with you and clean up after yourself.

There are freely accessible caves all around. Mushrooms grow in the woods behind the fence. You can buy sausages and beer at the COOP grocery about 100m away. Refreshments and showers can be found at the Křtiny swimming pool throughout the holidays.

On the plot there is an inaccessible owner's cottage and small fruit trees. Please be considerate and move ideally around the mown areas.
Outdoor and indoor seating with fireplace is available.
Please do not throw plastic, wet wipes or other toiletries down the toilet. When you leave, cover it with sawdust and, most importantly, close it!
Carefully extinguish the fire with water from the well and really check before you leave!
Please keep the place tidy and leave it as it was for other visitors.

A beautiful and peaceful place—even though it's right by the road, we didn't hear any noise. We really appreciated the fireplace and the self-service bar. We'd love to stay there again sometime.
We were only here for one night; on our way onward, we visited Macocha and the surrounding area. The place itself is great—it’s quiet, there’s a well with plenty of water, a shelter with a fireplace, a table, and a self-service bar, plenty of space for cars and tents, and plenty of firewood. We definitely recommend it.
This wasn’t my first visit. The improvements to the property—including the fire pit, the option to park a car on the gravel-paved area, and the covering over the entrance gate for more privacy—were more than pleasant. The solar lights in the evening added to the cozy atmosphere. Thumbs up also for the improvements to the well and trough. Maybe all that’s missing is a garden shower with a water tank 😀 and I’ll be there all the time. The satisfaction for the adults and the children’s joy at escaping the concrete jungle are indescribable. Thank you.
We rented the garden for two days and were extremely satisfied. The place is quiet, clean, spacious, and ideal for relaxing. There’s plenty of privacy, and the entire property feels pleasant and well-maintained.
We slept in a tent at night and could hear wild boars behind the fence, which just goes to show that the place is truly in the middle of nature.
Communication with the owners went smoothly, and everything matched the description.
We’ll definitely be back!
Easy access. A beautifully maintained and well-kept property, ideal for families with children and dog owners. Cyclists will find themselves at an ideal crossroads of bike trails for exploring the Moravian Karst. Complete tranquility and the nearby nature invite you to take walks. Completely flat terrain for RVs. A nice, flat spot with a view for campers, too...
