You can park your car outside the gate.
The garden is entered through a small gate with a code lock. The large gate opens from the inside.
There is a gravelled area in the garden for the caravan.
Above on the terrace space for a large tent and other smaller ones.
For children there is a playhouse and swing, also two larger trees to climb.
For the parents there is an outdoor seating area and two deck chairs.
You will appreciate firewood, an axe, a saw and some tools for the fireplace and cleaning.
And a kettle and portable grill for cooking over the fire.
There is a COOP grocery store, playground and water pump within 100m.
At the neighbours marmalade and self-service snack shop with nealk.
The swimming pool in Křtiny is 3km away.
The nearest Albert supermarket is 12km away in Adamov.
The best way to get to the property is by using the attached photos on Mapy.com.
The navigation will take you to the end of the village, and then you need to enter the "pedestrian" route.
You simply drive straight through the village past the shop and playground and down to the woods. There is a gate on the right hand side with a sign saying Bezkempu.
Let me know when you are likely to arrive and I will send you the code to the castle.
If there is no further booking before or after you, it is no problem to arrange arrival or departure times to suit you.
Any glitches or suggestions for improvement, please email me so I can address them before the next campers arrive or just make some improvements.
Sorted waste can be dropped off at the village hall by the shop. Please take away and clean up your waste.
Before leaving, please carefully put out the fire with water from the well!!!

Restriction of the access road
It is accessed from the asphalt road through a slanted gate onto a gravel parking area. The gate is four metres wide.

There are freely accessible caves all around. Mushrooms grow in the woods behind the fence. You can buy sausages and beer at the COOP grocery about 100m away. Refreshments and showers can be found at the Křtiny swimming pool throughout the holidays.

On the land there is an inaccessible owner's cottage and small fruit trees. Please be considerate and move ideally around the mown areas.
Outdoor and indoor seating with fireplace is available.
Please do not throw plastic, wet wipes or other toiletries down the toilet. Please cover it with sawdust when you leave.
Carefully extinguish the fire with water from the well and really check before you leave!
Please keep the place tidy and leave it as it was for other visitors.

Beautiful and opecovavany land. With Mr. owner super communication, we enjoyed the peace. We recommend and we will be happy to return. 🙂
There's nothing missing here. Anything more is luxury. A large place for a tent on the terrace, fireplace, fork for roasting, wood, firewood, clean toilet, space, a small buffet for children, next to the supermarket for drinks, popsicles, marmalade. Quiet at night. It's great here. The only minor negative is the privacy, where the lower part of the garden is visible from a quite busy hiking trail. Up by the harbour and in the harbour, there's plenty of privacy.

Perfect
A beautiful and peaceful place where you will not be caught by the vagaries of the weather thanks to the spacious shelter. Right next to the property there is a cycle path that will take you to different parts of the Moravian Karst or to Jedovnice singletrack. For shopping we used the Habrůvec Coop and the self-service shop of the local marmalade shop. We can recommend both. We spent a very nice weekend here and would love to come back again sometime. Communication with the owners was absolutely smooth :-)
