It is also a great starting point for a hike to Lysá hora - from the Čapí trail you can turn onto the yellow and then red hiking trail, after which you can visit the Satinské waterfalls, refresh yourself in the oldest pub in the Beskydy U Veličků and walk around Ondrášovy dier to Lysá hora.
There is also a cycling route along the Ostravice River that will take you across the Ostrava rapids to the famous Beskydy Brewery. From there you can continue to the Šance dam, Masaryk Valley, or further to Gruň or Bílý Kříž.

The land is really big, so I appreciate that the owner offers only one reservation. Clean dry toilet , lots of nice seating. Super fire pit with wood, no problem to collect more in the area. Beautiful views and hikes. The creek in hot weather is a swamp, full of mosquitoes and other vermin 😔The property has great shade and coolness even in the sweltering summer and all day long. It's not completely secluded and quiet - there's a hotel and houses nearby. But the most disturbing thing is the road and the noise from the village - there was a concert or festival into the night. But for that lots of visits of deer, bats, bunnies, frogs ... 🤣 Overall I rate it as a fine place 🙂
