If you have a caravan, motorhome we recommend to take into account the possible difficulties with the access dirt road 200m in case of heavy rain (the tax for solitude:). The land is on a slight slope, which can be a problem with access, departure in heavy rain. Personally we have a 4x4 and this is no problem. In case of emergency there is the possibility of pulling out with a tractor. There are several options...
The narrowest point is next to the pine tree at the gate access to the plot approx 3.5m width of the gate to the entrance to the plot is 4m. The height of the pine branches from the road is approx 4m the tractor digger will pass without difficulty :)
The village of Cholina passes through the cycle route No. 6033 thanks to which you can go on trips around the nearby or distant surroundings depending on what you feel like on a given day.

1. Quiet after 22:00
- Please respect the night time quiet hours to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.
2. Fire and barbecue
- Open fires are only allowed in a designated area ( fire pit) or in a portable fire pit. You can bring wood, barbecue briquettes or make arrangements with us.
3. Cleanliness
- We try to keep the place as clean as possible. Please clean up after yourself, especially around the fire pit and picnic table if they are in use.
4. Pets
- Your four-legged partners are welcome, but please keep them under control with respect to other guests. There are deer, rabbits, and pheasants in the area.
5. Safety
- The property is fenced and partly monitored by CCTV for your and our safety.
6. Responsibility for children
-Children can enjoy freedom of movement and nature with us- but the site is large and contains natural and technical obstacles.
7. Visits
Visitors are allowed by appointment only to ensure that the space remains comfortable for all guests.
