On the outskirts of the village of Studnice, on the beautiful Drahanská vrchovina, there is our land on which we will one day live. Therefore, in one part you will find the foundations of the house. In the other part we are lovingly building a garden and we like to come here to spend the night. We want to offer the same opportunity to campers without camping. Here you will find everything you need for camping: a beautiful lawn, a fire pit, drinking water, rainwater for washing your hands and a shed with electricity that you can use as a shelter in bad weather.
Rainwater can be drained directly from the tank next to the hut. Firewood is available cut, you just need to split it.

We pride ourselves on good relations with our neighbours, so please keep the peace outside of the night hours.
Please clean up after yourself and your pets to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
Although construction is not currently underway and we normally have our children on the property, please do not enter the construction area. It is for your safety and our peace of mind that there is no damage to the foundation and lines that have been built so far.

Super little place at the end of the village, beautifully mown, big bonus is the shed which has a fridge, kettle and microwave. It is also possible to sit there in bad weather or hide in the shade. We also made use of the fire pit with seating. The kadibudka super, sandpit for children on the property , a short walk to the playground and a small pond. Overall a super stay.
