Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Access is the last 200 m along a grassy path, unmaintained in winter. Outside the winter season, it is easily passable. After prolonged rainfall, the land holds water and the grass tends to be waterlogged.
Restriction of the access road
The gate at the entrance to the property is 3 m wide.

Drahanská vrchovina is very popular for cycling. The 5076 cycling path leads through the wells, on which you can find e.g. Baldovec.

Jedovnice Ponds are 13 km away. Ruprechtov pond 14 km.

There is a sandpit right on the property. One playground is next to the pond (100 m from the gate), another playground is in the village square (600 m).
hiking
The Trail For the Legends of the Drahan Upland leading around the village (length 7 km) along the Studnické meadows.
In the perennial beds you will find mint, lemon balm and other herbs. You can prepare tea from them or add them to your food as you like.
We pride ourselves on good relations with our neighbours, so please keep the peace outside of the night hours.
Please clean up after yourself and your pets to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay with us.
Although construction is not currently underway and we normally have our children on the property, please do not enter the construction area. It is for your safety and our peace of mind that there is no damage to the foundation and lines that have been built so far.

Absolutely wonderful quiet and clean place. After 3 nights in Czech campsites it was great to fall asleep in silence :)

Everything in the garden - electricity (great to have somewhere to charge your phone) - fridge, microwave (the kids enjoyed the popcorn, otherwise we wouldn't have used it), kettle. Sticks for barbecuing, a beautiful hot tub (which is missing a heart :) ), drinking water and a shower if necessary.
As an added bonus, the kids enjoyed the fallen apples we roasted on the fire or just ate them, and the tomatoes (my kids are gluttons for all the vegetables and fruit they can get their hands on :) ). We also made plenty of use of the playground by the pond after our trips. Thank you very much, it was wonderful
A very nice site that fulfilled everything we needed and we enjoyed camping. The owners were very accommodating. We have plenty of destinations in the area, we would love to return.
We ended up spending 5 nights there and really enjoyed it. We had everything we needed, it was quiet. And very nice owners.
