Fully furnished log cabin for 1-6 adults, two separate upstairs rooms, new beds and fragrant linens, bath, large refrigerator/freezer, classic cloth towels, even towels, paper towels, paper tissues, toilet paper, wet wipes for cleaning, cleaning products, also a jar, soap, basic cosmetics, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee - soluble and Turkish, coffee milk, tea.
We don't have a microwave, only a two burner electric cooker.
We have sand toys, blocks, coloring books, crayons, children's books, fork for grilling, lights for the evening, grill - grilling utensils, deck chairs, umbrellas, large terrace with seating and for children for the summer season sandpit and swimming pool.
Inside the cottage there is a wood-burning stove for the colder seasons. and electric convector heaters for warmth.
There is plenty of wood available and is included in the price of the stay, as well as water and a fee to the municipality.
We have games, books and a TV for emergencies, but there are butterflies flying in the meadow, grasshoppers jumping and birds singing all day...watching a squirrel or a scarecrow is better :-)
Each of the rooms has one window secured with a mosquito net, you can also use insect repellent in the drawer, as well as candles with repellent effect.
ATTENTION, the cottage can only be reached by stairs in the meadow :-)
In the village of Bystré there is a swimming pool, a shop, two pubs and if you take the road to the other side , in Kounov they make great ice cream and cook good lunches.
The mountains are a short walk away, as are the castles, forts and lookout towers.
We don't have a spa, we don't have wifi, we don't have a big pool and we don't have a trampoline.
The chalet is only ever rented for one booking. It does not matter if you are 1 person or 6 child. The price is fixed and there will be no one else on the property but you. However, if you have more children, it is possible to pitch a tent at the cottage in the summer season.
In this case, please enter the number of people to more, which will be charged 150Kč per person per night : person 4-12 years old.
The refundable deposit/deposit is 4.000Kč and is payable on arrival to the accommodation.

- Heating in the wood stove, wood is chipped, dry and stored in the premises under the terrace in sufficient quantity. As a supplement for the off-season there are electric heaters in the upstairs rooms and in the bathroom. Please think of warm socks and slippers.
Winter stay is offered only during Christmas, holidays and New Year's Eve until 4.1.

There is a scooter rental just below the cottage, towards Kounov.
During holidays during the year and vacations, the minimum rental period is 3 days.
At Christmas and New Year's Eve, the minimum rental period is 4 days.
The cottage has a capacity of 6 adults and 1 child. Additional persons are allowed in the tent and the price must be added.
We observe a night time quiet time of 22:00-07:00 and try to blend in with the sounds of nature rather than a thumping party, we are not inclined to do that.
Open fires are only allowed in the fire pit and grill and must be supervised at all times. In the event of high winds and dry weather, we ask for careful consideration and caution when lighting a fire.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only and we strongly ask that you follow the agreed rules. We collect treasures from the dog and he sleeps only in his bed or on his blanket:-)
We have a large enclosed terrace, which is connected to the cottage and there the dog can be free, otherwise we are not fenced and free movement without supervision is not possible.

Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
We will hand over the cottage to you ready and cleaned and we want to take it over in the same condition :-)
Please report any defects, broken dishes..just so we can complete/repair them before the arrival of the next guests. Thank you.

We were very satisfied. 🙂 Well-equipped cabin (towels, cosmetics, games, blocks for children, chalk, paints for drawing, cleaning products, songbooks, books, things for barbecue and roasting, raincoats, paper handkerchiefs...). Smooth and nice communication. Beautiful view. We were also given tips for events in the area. You have to take into account that you have to leave the car at the bottom of the hill. We counted on that, so we didn't mind.🙂
Amazing place that met my expectations and gave me full relaxation - nature, peace, yet full facilities (where you can cool down even in the heat). You can't see the (distant enough) neighbours, so they can't see you, but you have a wonderful view of the majestic forest in front of you, you listen to the orchestra of birds and in the background you can hear the stream gurgling in the distance. I sincerely recommend it.
