Noise from the nearby road or railway line didn't bother us at all - we're from the city so we don't even notice those noises.
The land is beautiful and well maintained, perfect for a quiet stay with children. Even when we left, our 5 year old son asked us when we would be back again.
In dry weather you can drive to the place even with a smaller car (we were with Octavia), you just need to drive carefully the last 30 meters or so.
