Our land is located in a secluded area behind the village of Říčany u Brna, in the immediate vicinity of a beautiful bathing biotope (200 m).
The land is large and planted with fruit trees, shrubs, is maintained and regularly mowed.
There are two seating areas, one of which is by the outdoor fireplace, and plenty of shady places for tents.
The land slopes gently down to the stream, but there are level sites for tents and caravans/ motorhomes.
We are happy to offer homemade breakfasts and coffee on weekends (book at least 24 hours in advance).
Arrival and departure possible at any time.
From the property it is 5 km to the Brno Autodrom.

- There is one socket only for charging the phone/power bank, more powerful appliances will not draw!

- The nearest possibility of swimming in the biotope (the stream is too shallow). As of April 2026, the property has utility water from a well and an outdoor shower for hardy people.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Rocky/sandy road, then grassy. In case of heavy rain, arrive at your own risk - not recommended.

When arriving with taller motorhomes with a caravan, take extra care on the road by the swimming pool due to tree branches - possible contact with the roof of the car.

Please be respectful of nature. Use only dry toilet, no small or large needs outside the toilet.
Please take your rubbish with you.
Do not leave trash on or near the property.
No smoking allowed, dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray only and empty these after you.
Do not pick flowers, fruit.
Observe the night-time quiet.

Quiet location
A nice quiet place, but you can still hear the noise in the background, probably from the motorway. Good communication with the owners.
Cool and quiet place, I can only recommend. The first night was a bit bothered by the noise from the nearby highway, but the second night I didn't even notice it 😁 Thank you
