Not far from the city of Cologne and yet completely tucked away, in the surroundings beautiful walks through pine forests. The plac is accessible slowly, carefully but I would say at ease by anything (only a longer caravan will probably scrub on the moguls). I'm attaching one photo of the forest section after the old asphalt road ends. The plaza is really big. If anyone wants privacy there are plenty of places to tuck in. The shelter and caddy are beautifully newly built with a nice military patina. It makes sense to come here even just for a walk in the woods, but unless you have an SUV or some taller van, you'll be sorry you can't ride the moguls. (For real off-roaders there are like 2 medians and one proper pit)

We had the opportunity to rent a beautiful place behind the forest in the meadow and we were absolutely delighted. It was exactly what we were looking for - peace, privacy and nature around us. There was a shelter, toilet and water so everything was comfortable and practical without detracting from the charm of the place.
But what got us the most was the incredible tranquility. No hustle and bustle, just nature and serenity. Perfect for relaxing, meeting friends or just switching off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
We can definitely recommend it and we will be happy to come back here sometime!
