Located about 15 minutes walk from the bus and train station in the town of Sázava, located about 40 km from Prague. The plot offers a large access gate with plenty of space to turn around. It lies right next to the river and a short 5 minute walk takes you to the river to the weir where there is lovely swimming. It is 15 minutes to the town centre and shops.
Right in the town there is a possibility to visit the Sázava Monastery or the Mikaglass glassworks, where it is possible to arrange a course in the production of glass beads, so-called winding beads. There is also the possibility of arranging horse riding, e.g. a one-hour walk through the countryside and the town for children, or a carriage ride for the whole family.
Beautiful fishing beaches right next to the property. Possibility to rent a fishing boat. In the surroundings there is a possibility of cycling, hiking and trips with children

Wonderful place , quiet , possibility to put the car under the trees in the shade , fenced land with a gate .For fishermen brilliant ... A few minutes to the river, the raft.
