Quiet garden on the outskirts of the village of Malá Bystřice with a beautiful mountain stream that forms the southeastern border of the property. The plot is adjacent to a total of three rapids, in one of which it is possible to swim - the water reaches approximately to the waist, is clean and icy, ideal for refreshment.

There are trees on the plot, a grassy area for a tent or caravan, and an older cottage with a shed. These serve as an emergency shelter in case of bad weather, it is not intended for normal use, but basic equipment is provided (e.g. axe, firewood, first aid kit, information on staying on the plot...). There is water from the well and electricity.

There is a cottage next door with a middle-aged couple, but you may not even know about them during your stay - the guest area is naturally screened off by the cottage and shed.

There is only a dry toilet on the plot (a cubbyhole).

This is an ideal place for nature lovers looking for peace, gurgling water and evenings under the stars - also suitable for families with children.

The entrance to the plot is from the main road and is sloping (you go down the road to the plot), about 15° (25%), at its beginning (top) there is a crossing over the edge of the road about 10cm . I have tested L4H3 and smaller vans, personal without problem. I do not guarantee anything bigger and do not recommend trying!

Restriction of the access road

Width of the wooden gate 3,6m, height max.3,0m due to trees in the garden, I do not guarantee higher! Vehicles up to 3.5t maximum!

On the plot there is a raft with water about waist deep, it is a mountain river suitable for refreshment. In the vicinity of Valašské Meziříčí, Vsetín or Rožnov pod Radhoštěm with indoor swimming pools.

1. Respect peace and nature
You're in a beautiful valley by a mountain stream - be respectful of your surroundings, animals and neighbours. The plot is adjacent to a cottage occupied by a conflict-free middle-aged couple. Please respect their privacy - normally you should not know about each other.

2. Fire only in the fire pit by the creek
The fire pit is landscaped and located right on the property, near the creek. Firewood is usually on site but is not replenished regularly - if it is not available, you can collect fallen branches up to 8 cm in diameter nearby. Take only the necessary amount and keep the fire small - more for roasting than large campfires.
3. You can also place your own portable grill or mobile fire pit within 3 metres of the fire pit (in its immediate vicinity). Do not place grills or fire pits anywhere else on the property.
Before lighting a fire, always check that there is no temporary ban on fires (e.g. due to drought).

4. Take your rubbish with you
The property does not have containers, all waste is taken away by the guests. Let's keep the place clean and natural.

5. The cottage and shed are for emergency shelter only.
They are not intended for regular use. Inside is basic equipment for storms or other emergencies. Enter at your own risk.

6. Water from the well is not currently potable.
The well is undergoing restoration. After cleaning and new analysis it will be potable again. In the meantime, we recommend that you bring your own water or use the local water for hygiene purposes only.

7. Electricity is available - only for registered
Electricity is brought out through an extension cable from the cabin and can only be used by guests who have opted for it and paid for it as part of their registration for the noCamp. It is an older switchboard with limited power - a maximum of approx. 6 A. It is therefore not advisable to use energy-intensive devices such as boilers in caravans, electric instantaneous heaters, etc.

8. Move within the defined part of the property
The area for camping and parking is marked on the plan ( photo gallery). Please respect the demarcated boundaries. There is a section of the property that is separated by black and yellow tape - this is the area adjacent to our neighbours' private property. It is not intended for movement or entry of visitors. Thank you for respecting their peace and privacy.

9. The creek is quiet, but children are always supervised
The water is clean and mountain-like, and you can even take a dip in it or swim in the raft. However, children's safety always comes first.

10. Dogs are allowed by agreement
Always keep them under control so they don't go to the neighbouring cottage or bother the neighbourhood.
