We offer a grassy plot of land right in the centre of the village of Český Šternberk, near the Sázava river. The land is suitable for caravans and motorhomes. Both camping pitches are located right by the water with a beautiful view of one of the most beautiful castles in the Czech Republic. On the land there is a public multifunctional sports field with artificial surface and a new playground for children. All these attractions are freely available to the public. The main gate is secured by a lock with a numerical code, and access to the toilet is on the same principle.
With regard to neighbours, reasonable quiet behaviour is expected during the day and strict adherence to the night-time quiet hours (after 10pm).

Nice quiet place. Too bad we couldn't take advantage of swimming in the river; we shared the place with a fisherman and I didn't want to get a rod for scaring the fish. :-) Beautiful view of the castle. Only the grass was a bit overgrown, so we got our feet wet right away. Toilets clean.

The land is public, but during our stay, despite the small visitors to the adjacent playground, which is part of the property and not separated from the camping area by a fence, it was quite quiet during the day. No one came swimming or fishing to the river right next to the property during our stay, so maybe we were just lucky. The property was mowed, access and communication with the owner was no problem. Toilet clean, access to drinking water we also appreciated. Lots of trips can be made from the site and the place is really quiet at night. The price seems slightly higher to me, but we were looking for something pretty quick.
