Where do the property ratings come from?
The owner was very kind and accommodating regarding our arrival time.
The property has space to park an RV; a tiny house is currently under construction (perhaps a future rental?), and there’s space for tents underneath it.
I was alone on the property, but I can imagine that a group of friends could comfortably fit there, whether in the little cabin or in tents.
All the paths are mowed, and the area around the seating and fire pit is also mowed. The fire pit with a grill is very practical.
Many reviews mention noise from the main road. That’s true, and you need to consider it beforehand. However, traffic calms down at night, and it didn’t seem like a problem to me.
The location perfectly suited my needs—to be situated between Strakonice, Vimperk, and Prachatice, towns where I’d identified architectural sites I wanted to see and visit the next day after spending the night there. There’s no more suitable spot between these towns, so I didn’t even mind the occasional noise from the road.
Unfortunately, we didn't even stay the night and went somewhere else. The turn-off from the main road to Vimperk is poor. It's noisy in the area and there's no view. You could probably sleep there—it's clean, has a bathroom, is on flat ground, and has a grill. Unfortunately, it's not for us. But it might suit someone else.

The entrance is from a busy road, there is nowhere to turn around after arriving and therefore I recommend backing onto the land. The land is beautifully flat, views of beautiful countryside, clean dry toilet. A little noise from the nearby road.
Very nice view, luxurious bathhouse (it was equipped with a roll of toilet paper). Plenty of space for a tent and a car. Only the noise from the road was disturbing (the road goes around the property, but there is greenery between the road and the campsite, behind which the campsite is hidden, at least visually).
