Lovers of old architecture will find their own in Sobenice, it is a village conservation area and the farmhouse itself, where you will find yourself, is a state protected monument. Cyclists will also enjoy the possibility of making a base in Soběnice, as the 25-Jezerní cycling path crosses Soběnice. There is a beautiful view of the Bohemian Central Highlands and there are many places worth visiting in the surroundings. For example: the town of Úštěk, Helfenburg, Sedlo Mountain, the ruins of Kalich Castle, the castle garden in Ploskovice, the town of Litoměřice, and many many more.

- There's drinking water in the shower.
You can also get drinking water in the house by agreement.

- It is a garden shower with a capacity of 60l, which is connected to drinking water. The hot water is heated by the sun (hot water only flows when the sun is shining or in the evening after a sunny day). The shower is woven from willow wicker, but you'll feel private, it's opaquely sheltered from the surroundings and covered in willows and plants.

We have small children and we like to make friends.
There is a playground in the village.
We keep poultry (geese, ducks, chickens). Children can watch them behind the fence.

Soběnice is located in the Czech Central Mountains Protected Landscape Area. In the surroundings you can visit many beautiful places, such as: the town of Úštěk, Helfenburg Castle, Sedlo Mountain, Zubrnice open-air museum, ruins of Kalich Castle, the castle park in Ploskovice, the town of Litoměřice and many other attractions.
Animals
My chováme drůbež (husy, kachny, slepice), na jeře a v létě mívají mláďátka. Lze je pozorovat za plotem. Bydlí tu s námi kočka.
V Soběnicích a okolí se nacházejí různé farmy, které lze navštívit. Například: v Jelči a Dolních Nezlech.
Fires are only allowed in the designated area.
There are plenty of edible crops growing in the garden and we are happy to share them with you, but always come and ask before you harvest. Don't pick our unripe fruit, don't break branches, don't destroy the garden.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The farmhouse has an amazing atmosphere. I traveled with my two grandsons—boys aged 4 and 6—who were able to participate for free in the activities at the Native American camp that was taking place there at the time. It was a tremendous experience for the boys. The owners are exceptionally kind and accommodating young people with a passion for nature and art. Thank you!
