The land is located in a secluded area in the woods a short distance from Lipová Lhota. On the dam or under the dam there is a possibility to park a caravan with a car or put up a tent. The land is fenced so no one else can get there. On the land there is a pond with many species of fish.

In the rain there is no problem getting onto the property, the driveway is old asphalt and the road to the dam on the property so the ruts are littered with gravel. In snow I recommend a 4x4 vehicle. A le can also park under the dam on the plaza where there is no problem to drive even in the snow .
Restriction of the access road
The road is wide enough (a large truck can pass there) so it is not a problem to drive any car, caravan.

The perfect escape to nature.
Those who crave complete peace, solitude and the opportunity to listen to the sounds of nature will be delighted here. The property is located in the woods and is fenced with a locking gate. A bonus is the pond with the opportunity to fish.
In addition to the location itself, I must highlight the excellent communication with the landowner. Everything went smoothly, the owner was very accommodating and helpful.
We will definitely come back here again. I highly recommend it.
We spent wonderful days at the pond full of peace, nature and relaxed atmosphere. The place is perfect for relaxation - silence, greenery, water, mushroom picking and as a bonus the opportunity to fish. For us and our dog the perfect place. We can only recommend
