- This is a renovated dry toilet to a conventional 24/7 flush type accessible with sensor lighting, again part of a timbered building with an outside entrance (you won't disturb anyone and you won't be disturbed either)
Regularly maintained for your comfort, clean with toiletries.
drinking water
- There is an older timbered cottage directly next to the site with connections and a 24/7 accessible water tap, possibly brought to you by garden hose.
electricity
- At the stand it is possible to connect to the normal 230V. In the shelter nearby (5 - 20m) there is a ready-made switchboard with its own protection with 4 sockets, from the timbered cottage it is possible to bring 16A/380V.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Samotné stání je na louce, za sucha bez problémů, průběžně pracuji na celkovém zpevnění i těchto míst. Příjezdová cesta je využívána po celé délce osobními auty i s naloženým vlekem nebyl problém vyjet a na louce se otočit, občasné vyjížďky pro dříví s malotraktorem také spíše pomáhají ve zpevnění dotčených míst ke stání. (Malotraktor má běžnou kouli, může pomoci zaparkovat karavan na opravdu originálním místě a nebo pomoci s vyproštěním, které zatím nebylo potřeba)
Restriction of the access road
Běžně k nám jezdí Tatry se stavebním materiálem, neměl by tedy být problém v průjezdu, pokud nebude někdo parkovat přímo v cestě. Horní brána omezuje výšku vjezdu pro vysoké karavany nad 3m, ale už upravuji alternativní vjezd pro všechny.

Sendraž is really an excellent place from where you can go to the Orlické Mountains or visit closer tourist places such as the Pekel Valley, the pilgrimage site Rokole, the square and the castle in Nové Město nad Metují, a little further but along a nice cycle path you can get to Náchod where there is also a very nice castle, a spring of healing water source Ida. On the other side you can go to Dobruška, where they have their own brewery and also some nice places, from Dobruška I would go to Opočno where there is also a very nice castle and gardens to walk and recharge your batteries.
fishing
15 minutes by car we have the "Hradec" sea, the Rozkoš water reservoir, where you can spend a pleasant fishing trip with a fishing ticket.
winter sports
Sendraž is really just a short drive from the busiest hills of the Orlické Mountains, you can get there in half an hour by car.
water sports
The surrounding area offers several opportunities to get wet and at the same time to go on a trip around the bunker (a set of concrete fortifications that were supposed to protect the northern border of the Czech Republic) Dobrošov village offers swimming in the municipal pool for a voluntary fee, then classic swimming pools and swimming pools in Náchod, Dobruška, Rychnov nad Kněžnou or you can drive within 40 minutes across the border with Poland and use their aquapark with warm salt water.
activities for kids
We don't have facilities for the smaller ones directly in the area yet, but there are enough for them at the St. Florian's pub (within 500m) on the climbing frames and football pitch.
hiking
From our place you could go in all directions and find something interesting to visit, within 7km the New Town castle and square, the animal enclosure on the flat, as well as the Klopotov valley, the Pekel valley with a restaurant and kiosk and many many more on the maps.
Animals
Přímo na pozemku máme ovečky, králíky, slepice, dvě kočky, 2 starší pejsci (většinu času jsou s námi v domě nebo jsou s námi na vycházce, převážně vždy pod dohledem), za elektrickým ohradníkem od jara do podzimu se pasou zvědavé kravičky, jde čistě o jalovice bez býků, takže se skrze ně můžete bez obav vydat na průzkum přilehlých lesů.

Krásné klidné místo s výhledem do luk a lesů. Dobré výchozí místo na cyklo poznání okolí Nového Města nad Metují, Náchoda, Orlických hor.vjezd branou limitován výškou 3 m. Je možný jiný vjezd na pozemek, vhodné domluvit s majitelem
Jsem rád, že se líbilo okolí a klid místa — na dalším zlepšování zázemí průběžně pracuji.
