Parking on the property is subject to a fee of 4 EUR per day, or 100 CZK per car per night. Upon arrival, we’ll meet and I’ll take copies of your IDs—ID card, passport, driver’s license. For stays longer than 3 days, I’ll ask you for a deposit of 5,000 CZK. This deposit will be deducted in the event of damage to the property after your stay. Electricity usage will also be deducted if it was not included in the price of your stay. The rate is 6 CZK per 1 kWh. Parties and noise are permitted until 11:00 PM.
THE COTTAGE IS SMOKE-FREE.
What is shared with the owners in the garden? There is a fire pit and seating area around it, firewood available in the woodshed, hooks for roasting sausages, and a metal tray for grilling meat and cheese over the fire.
Shared swimming area—we love swimming in the lake. You can relax on a lounge chair on the lower terrace; there’s plenty of privacy to create your own private beach if you’d like. A solar-powered shower is available by the lake. The shower is fed by a well, so please conserve water.
Shared small home gym—exercise bike, rowing machine, wall bars, exercise ball and mat, stability roller; admission is 100 CZK per hour There is a ping-pong table on the terrace; the fee is 100 CZK per hour. Paddles and balls are available from the owner. Chess with large pieces—play for free
