I am offering a plot of land for tenting/camping in Jihlávka for rent. The plot is located on the outskirts of the village, toward Počátky, with a beautiful view of meadows and forests. The plot has electricity, a composting toilet, and a water source in the Jihlava River, about 100 meters away. Drinking water is available at the village green, about 300 meters away. The property also features a fire pit with firewood stored in a woodshed, a grill, a children’s sandbox, and a bench with a table offering a beautiful view. Access to the property is easy via a municipal road. The width of the entrance from the municipal road is 380 cm.
Nearby attractions include the St. Catherine Resort, the source of the Jihlava River, the town of Počátky, and the village of Janštejn with its glassworks. Also nearby are the ruins of Janštýn Castle and the renowned French restaurant Bistrot de Papa in Horní Dubenky, about 4 km away. The Nadýmač natural swimming area near Horní Dubenky is also worth mentioning.

We camped in a tent here for one night. We had no trouble finding the spot. The property features an amazing fire pit. The woodshed had plenty of firewood for us, as well as sausage grills and kindling. The property also had a sandbox for kids, a grill, and a lounge chair for relaxing. We didn’t need water—we bring our own—but otherwise, there wasn’t any on the property. The view from the seating area overlooks a stunning meadow with a forest, where deer were grazing below. Up on the hill is the Druid Circle—a spiritual site well worth a visit.

Access to the lot is a bit difficult. A larger RV would have trouble getting there. Otherwise, it’s a good starting point for hiking trips. The surrounding area is nice.

This was our first time camping with Bezkemp, so we didn’t know what to expect. But we’re thrilled. The spot is great, with a beautiful view. It’s not exactly a quiet, secluded spot—it’s at the end of the village by the road, so cars drive by, and there’s a cowshed nearby where people are working—but compared to regular campsites, it’s wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. There’s drinking water and recycling bins just a short walk from the town square. There were plenty of places to walk around; we watched some deer before turning in for the night. The restroom and amenities were exactly as described and shown in the photos. The property isn’t completely fenced in, so it’s probably not ideal for dogs running loose or small children. But it was fine for our older kids.
30.7 - 2.8.2026 Petra říká:
Our stay was really nice; the place is beautiful, and you can see deer grazing right before your eyes. There’s no water on the property—the spring had dried up. However, there’s a public drinking water faucet nearby on the village green; the water from the faucet was nice and cold, so we used it to fill plastic bottles to keep our cooler bag cold.

We had everything we needed and everything listed in the ad (electricity hookup, fire pit). It was plenty for our little camper. There were plenty of great options for day trips in the area.
