we are offering you a beautiful, well-maintained, fenced-in lot in the picturesque village of Planiny. We only accept one reservation for this property, so you’ll have complete privacy. Planiny is one of the smallest villages in the Plzeň Region, surrounded by forests, meadows, natural ponds, and rocks, and is part of the Brdy Protected Landscape Area. This property is simply perfect for everyone :o) In front of the property is a beautiful natural pond, which is suitable for swimming, even for children, as its bottom is reinforced and shallow up to about halfway. No matter which direction you head in by bike or on foot, you’ll find nothing but beautiful spots.
Here are some examples:
Planinský Bůrek is one of the highest points in the immediate vicinity and is about 2 km from the property; Kokšín is a nature reserve bordered by a beautiful forest path adorned with hand-painted illustrations, and it is also home to Žofinčina studánka, which is only about 1 km away (toward Hořehledy), Drahota Pond is a beautiful, large natural pond in the middle of the woods and is about 3 km away; the observation tower in Železný Újezd offers a view where, in good weather, you can see as far as the Alps, and it is about 5 km away; The Mítov Quarry is still an active quarry; its upper section features a seating area, a magnificent view of the surroundings, and the ruins of a castle, and is about 4 km away, the beautiful viewpoint in Nechánice is about 6 km away; the famous Padrťské ponds are about 6 km away; the Míšov barbecue area is about 4 km away; the golf course in Hořehledy is about 4 km away; and many other beautiful places. In the village, you can play ball games at the nearby field, which also has wooden outhouses if needed :o) The Planiny forests are full of mushrooms and blueberries during the season. A bus runs through Planiny to nearby Nové Mitrovice, where there is a store with a pub about 3 km away. In Spálené Poříčí, there are full amenities, including an ATM, about 6 km away. Major cities such as Rokycany, Plzeň, Nepomuk, and Příbram are approximately 20–35 km away.
Property details:
The property is fenced; the gate will be equipped with a code lock (currently, the original gate does not have a code lock).
The property has a paved access road, so you don’t have to worry even in bad weather
The property has an electrical connection with a 16 A circuit breaker, 230 V and 400 V outlets (electricity will be billed based on actual consumption).
Water is provided by a private well; if needed, a pump and hose can be borrowed (we do not charge for water, but we ask that you use it sparingly; thank you).
Greywater can be discharged on the property into the drain located to the right of the entrance gate, provided that you use eco-friendly products.
There is no sewer system or wastewater treatment plant on the property, so it is NOT possible to discharge toilet waste or leave trash on the property.
There are all kinds of fruit trees on the property, so if you happen to arrive during harvest season, we’d love for you to sample some fruit from our orchard :o)
The property, including the garden, covers an area of 1,882 m², so if you’re planning a trip with friends, there’s plenty of room.
There’s a fire pit with seating on the property for quiet evenings.
