Are you wandering through Wallachia with a backpack on your back, looking for a place where you can peacefully pitch your tent for the night, build a fire, and wake up in the morning without a shepherd breathing down your neck?
Then welcome to Zděchov, a true Wallachian village in the Javorníky region.

I’m offering a simple plot of land for laid-back people who want to take a break from Wi-Fi, city noise, and the daily hustle and bustle. No glamping, no frills—just peace, a fire, and the stars above.

There’s a fire pit and firewood available; just show up, toss your bag on the grass, and clear your head. :)

You can’t drive all the way to the property, but you can park nearby and walk the last bit.

The spot is ideal for hikers, cyclists, and families with kids. The village has a swimming pool, a store, a post office, and a bus stop.

There are tons of beautiful hikes in the area—you can head to the Pulčínské Rocks, hike along the ridges of the Javorníky Mountains, or visit Hajdovi Paseky; the hiking trails are varied, and I’d be happy to give you advice on anything :).

For cyclists, there are both off-road trails and the option to connect to the Bečva Bike Trail—one of the most beautiful bike trails in Moravia. From here, you can head through Velké Karlovice to Soláň, to Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, or go for a swim in Nový Hrozenkov in the summer. The dumplings at Portáš are also great.

If you need to refill your water supply, just let me know—I live just a short distance from the property.
