Chářovice Lookout #7943

We are offering a plot of land on a hill behind the village of Chářovice. Because it is the highest point in the area, it offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside—Týnec nad Sázavou, Bukovany, Chlum, and Chvojen. Although it’s on a hill, it isn’t windy thanks to its location among mature trees and shrubs. It’s located outside the village but near a water tower, so the access road leads right up to the site. On the hill is a large, nearly flat area of land, so there’s plenty of space for parking and camping, with room to spare for ball games or other activities. There’s also a small cabin where, by arrangement, you can lock up your belongings while you’re out on excursions. A short distance away is a dry toilet and a shower stall where, by arrangement, you can set up a water bag with a shower head. It’s a convenient starting point for both hiking and biking trips in all directions. In the surrounding area, you can explore the natural beauty of the Posázaví region, as well as historical sites such as Konopiště Castle and the ruins of Zbořený Kostelec and Kožlí castles.
