How things work here: the property is private; we don’t live on it, and it’s not open to the public—you can’t just show up here. First, contact me via Bezkemp; I’ll confirm your dates and we’ll arrange your arrival. Please do not come to the property without a confirmed reservation and prior arrangement.
Outdoor parking (€10 per vehicle and 2 people): a spot on the meadow, drinking water from the city water supply (faucets in several locations, including under the shelter), a solar shower, fire pit with firewood, large covered table, and grill. Standard 230 V outdoor outlets for 2 € per night. Once we’ve agreed on the details, you can arrive anytime after 1:00 PM without having to wait for anyone.
Full amenities (€25 per night, tent €20, minimum 2 nights): this includes a cottage with a flush toilet, a hot-water shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi. I keep the cabin locked and will come to open it for you personally, so let’s also agree on an arrival time—ideally by 7:00 PM. Let me know when you book, and I’ll add the surcharge directly to your reservation.
We’re currently setting up a CEE connection for trailers and RVs; it’s not yet operational.
Surroundings: Banská Štiavnica (UNESCO) is 25 minutes by car, Zvolen is 25 minutes away, and the Hungarian border is 40 minutes away. Bike trails and forest paths start right next to the property.
Quiet hours after 10:00 PM; fires are allowed only in the designated fire pit; please take your trash with you. Open April–October, except during weeks with children’s camps.

- There is a flush toilet in the shed on the property. I keep the shed locked and open it myself, so if you need to use it, please let me know in advance when you plan to arrive.

- Municipal water supply. There are faucets in several places on the property, including under the shed—you can fill the tank and wash dishes.

- Standard 230 V (Schuko) outdoor outlets—you can charge phones, laptops, and small appliances; we recommend bringing your own extension cord. We are currently setting up a CEE connection for RVs and motorhomes; it is not yet operational.

- There is a solar-powered shower outside, which is always available to you. The hot-water shower and sink are inside the cottage along with the toilet—I’ll open it for you personally by prior arrangement.

- As agreed—please pour the gray water in the designated spot near the shed, not on the meadow.
Chemical toilet
- Do not empty the chemical toilet on the property. After checking with the owner, empty it into the flush toilet in the cottage.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The last stretch is a gravel road. It can get muddy when wet, so drive carefully if you have a low-clearance RV. The road is not maintained in the winter, and the property is closed during that time anyway.

The property is private and not open to the public. Please do not come here without a confirmed reservation and an agreement regarding your arrival—contact me first via Bez Kempu, and I’ll confirm your date and we’ll arrange a time for your arrival.

Fires are allowed only in the fire pit; firewood is provided on-site. Do not start a fire during dry or windy conditions.
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM—no loud music; the property is secluded, but sound travels.
Please take your trash with you; there is no trash bin on the property. Do not empty chemical toilets on the property—by arrangement, you may empty them into the flush toilet in the cottage.
Leave the kitchen and cottage just as you found them—future guests will appreciate it just as much as you did.
Dogs are welcome at no extra charge; they may roam freely on the property as long as they do not run away or disturb wildlife.
Park cars only in the designated areas; please leave the meadow outside the parking area undisturbed.

A very nice and secluded campground.
Modern outdoor kitchen that guests are welcome to use. Extremely friendly and easygoing owners. We'd love to come back!
