We were very pleasantly surprised by the cottage. The equipment was sufficient, just everything you need. But the thing that surprised us the most was the quietness. We were literally a few steps away from the centre of Krumlov, but still it was as quiet as somewhere secluded in nature.

Beautiful place surrounded by meadows and forests - absolute peace. Amazing marquee with a pond, fireplace and everything you need to relax. Ideal for relaxing by the water and sitting by the fire in the evening. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to return. ❤️

Everything agrees as written in the offer,land maintained,cisty,everything at hand.Nice welcome upon arrival by message :) with care of everything needed. Ideal place to start a trip around the area.Worth picking up is the bakery on the square,don't miss it :) Thank you for the facilities

We were looking for a one night stay and ended up staying 5 nights.

The owners were very nice and accommodating. We even got pears from their tree. They are delicious, thank you. And we asked for water and we were accommodated.

As for the surroundings, there's a lot to explore. Ideal for bikes.

We highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing property, everything matches the description, so one cannot be surprised by anything. Very quiet location with minimal car traffic.

A large mown field with excellent facilities (toilets, shower, fireplace) almost like in a campsite. No fantastic views, but green all around, quiet. The children really enjoyed the climbing frame. Good starting point for trips around Czech Switzerland. Just beware, there is water, but only usable.

Staying in a private place with social facilities and a super host. You will definitely enjoy camping here.

Nice and big meadow right by the river Sázava. The access road was not so good, but it will be passable even in the rain. We were surprised to see quite a few cars passing on the road right next to the meadow, even at night, but it was nothing too bad. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes (understandable of course, since it's land next to the water), but just make sure you count on it and don't forget the repellent :).

I don't know how many no-campers the place is designed for. We were here alone, because it's already September, so mega satisfaction.

Everything was perfectly fine and dandy. The land is well-kept and sufficient for sleeping in the car. I recommend and will repeat if I have the need.

A wonderfully comfortable marquee, tucked away amongst the trees on the edge of the woodland, overlooking the pastures and surrounding hills.
The furnishings are impeccable, the interior space is dominated by a generous bed that all four of us could fit on without any problems, the kitchen has all the basic utensils, a small fridge and a sink with running water, the lighting is powered by 12V photovoltaic. Everything is lined with wooden floorboards and the interior is fine-tuned with small accessories that create the perfect home atmosphere. We didn't use the stove ready for burning due to the weather, but the outdoor fireplace with grill was:)
Due to the short length of our stay, we only managed a short trip to the nearby very atmospheric forest Jewish cemetery, but there are many more interesting things to see in the area.
Communication with the owners was quick and very pleasant and we hope to return again.

Very nice , quiet and well maintained place with plenty of privacy. Good starting point for hiking and walking. Beautiful views in the surroundings. We recommend it and we will definitely come back sometime.

The land is quiet and peaceful, the owner is kind and helpful. The last few meters are not paved, so it is a problem to leave the land with a car after rain. We had to gravel, then we drove off. There was still an option to call a neighbor with a tractor, luckily we didn't take advantage. The land is a bit sloping. Suitable for those who like more wilderness and don't mind the kids getting nettled occasionally.

A very nice place that looks better than in the photos. Lots of little extra things ready on the property to please. Even though we didn't meet the owner, the care taken to spend a nice stay is evident.

The land itself is fine, perhaps only the amount of roots made it a bit difficult to build a big tent. The facilities are great, with hot water running in the shower and sink. There is quite a bit of traffic around, there was a dog show going on in the next campsite during our visit and the constant yelling of the owners directly across the site really gets on our nerves after a while.

A large garden with many mysterious corners. The grass was mowed. The fence around the garden is so thoroughly overgrown that you can only hear the tourists walking by. The municipal water pump is in the middle of the village. The fireplace was ready with plenty of wood.

An oasis of calm. A beautiful, sensitively created space full of interesting and unusual elements. A good energy spot to recharge the batteries (not exactly the caravan ones now). We were alone on the property for just one night, for a sleepover on the way, but would happily return. Owner very helpful.

Sitting under the oaks, a pleasant spot overlooking the hills with grazing horses. The property is situated on a gentle hill, fully fenced with a wood fence and hedge, it is surrounded on two sides by two houses but these are not visible.
You will find an outside shed with basic equipment-fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, gas cooker, coffee, tea. Toys for children, blankets, etc.
Dominating the property in the garden is the sitting area which is amazing with its fragrant interior, huge window on the lower floor. When you climb up to the top bunk, which is for 3 people, you can contemplate the shining stars before falling asleep. 🙂
The garden has activities for kids-sandpit, swing for both big and toddlers.
Dry toilet with pylons.
Solar shower.
Tap with drinking water.
A fireplace and a spit for roasting a barbecue.
Towels are also available.
We were here for the weekend with my husband and 8 year old son. We enjoyed ourselves very much, we didn't miss anything and would love to come here again. Thank you😘
