Very beautiful place on the outskirts of the village,the owners are terribly nice warm, kind people, they came to welcome us with a gift.
The property is very comfortable, flush toilet,hot shower,herb beds, views of the horses. The area is great for hiking, close to a natural swimming pool that hasn't filled up yet. We definitely recommend and will be back soon:)

We had space for our camping, wine cellar at hand, very helpful owner, possibility of drinking water, possibility of electric connection when the land is illuminated, maybe it can be arranged otherwise, but it was enough for us. And all this for a great price. Satisfaction, thank you very much.

Here you can really relax with small children :) Beautiful and relaxing place. The owners are very nice. Do not hesitate to come. Come to relax and come to support the project of two people who had the courage to change their lives and thus gradually restore the beauty of this place.

The place is really close to the centre, no problem on the bike.
I think the site could do with some clear signage of what's on offer. That way you have to disturb the owner as to where what is and that may not always be pleasant for the non-campers.

The place is magical. Huge plot, beautiful meadow on which you will not fall asleep even after a big rain. Wonderful owners who take great care of their land. Neatly mowed, 2 tubs available, large fire pit. The place is excellent for trips around the area. We will definitely be back from sometime. Thank you

High location with views of the countryside, owner prepared fridge with excellent wines, quiet at night, the road is far away. Great starting point for bike trips.

Beautiful land on the edge of the village, peace and quiet. I have nothing to complain about, I enjoyed my stay very much, the communication was great and I had plenty of water ready before my arrival.

The land is easily accessible, the entrance with a smaller van was without difficulty. The terrain is flat, but we used wedges to level the motorhome. The site has a peaceful feel and offers a nice sense of privacy, which will be especially appreciated by those looking for a break away from the main hustle and bustle.
The water from the communal well contained minor impurities - I would recommend asking for water opposite at the U Zvonečků guesthouse, behind the kiosk, or making other arrangements.

Beautiful grounds, immaculately mown grass, ideal starting point for trips, short walk to the historic city centre. Amenities absolutely sufficient. We had complete privacy. Only on Saturday there was a metal concert somewhere nearby, fortunately they finished soon. Otherwise quiet and peaceful.

Very pleasant place to park your van. We went in the off season so it was great to have their bar open for wine or coffee and snacks when most places are closed. Within walking distance to wine cellars, a nice view and permanent access to toilet and shower.

A small space in the garden of the family house, which provides plenty of privacy. You can't see the neighbours at all and the garden is bordered by woods on one side, so there would be a view. The biggest benefit is the beautiful surroundings and the very nice owner. For larger cars or caravans without a mover it can be a challenge to get to the site, the street is uphill and the driveway is not the widest. We parked with no problem thanks to the mover, but couldn't have done without it. Anyway, the site is definitely worth a visit if you are going to explore the area.

We stayed alone for one night at this beautiful site. The grass was mown, there was firewood for the fire pit, and a very clean outhouse. If needed, there's electricity and running water from a tap. It was very quiet and peaceful. Late in the evening, you can spot bats, and we even had a deer visit us. The final few meters of the access road are a bit bumpy, but easily manageable. We highly recommend this site. Many thanks to the friendly owner. Communication was quick and friendly.

Everything needed for a pleasant camping experience was available. The entrance was uphill, but neat, and we parked and drove comfortably. The kids had fun in the sandpit, on the swing and by the pond (hopefully we didn't cause some sort of disaster) and were thrilled to be there, and that's the main thing!

The location and facilities are perfect, the owners are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, and on a rainy day we learned a lot about bees and honey. With the ideal location for cycling and exploring new things, the lovely environment the owners manage to create fits perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage very much. Peace, quiet, privacy. The amenities were absolutely sufficient, we much appreciated the super outdoor seating area. In the vicinity nice places for hikes or just walks with a four-legged partner. The owner was very accommodating. Definitely recommend:)

The place is a bit deceiving that it is by the forest we thought we would have peace and quiet and there is a stateovka ☹️ and by the forest as it is written it is not , just on the land is lesky private . Otherwise, but cool you can go into the woods to make a fire it was great and Mr. owner also super and kadibudka awesome 😎
