A large private plot of land located next to the emerging Osada V Háj - a picturesque glamping camp - is an ideal place for lovers of nature, peace and easy travel. Whether you come with a caravan, under a tent or just with a backpack on your back, you will enjoy your stay with us.
The property is located in the heart of the Posázaví region, just a short walk from the Sázava River, where there is a small pier - ideal for a morning bath, a quick refreshment or getting into a boat. Nearby you will also find a popular weir where children and adults can have fun.
The surroundings will be appreciated by boaters, hikers, cyclists and hikers. The train stop of the iconic Posázava Pacific Chřenovice is about 1000 metres away. From here you can take beautiful train trips:
Heading upstream (towards Světlá nad Sázavou), get off at the 4th stop Stvořidla - a beautiful nature reserve with boulders, rapids and a wild river awaits you.
On the other hand, you can easily take the train to Český Šternberk, where the majestic castle stands.

cycling
Our meadow is a great starting point for cycling tours in the picturesque Posázaví region. The surrounding area offers varied terrain - from easy trails along the river to more demanding hikes through the forests and hills of the Highlands.
The Posázava Trail 19 cycling route leads directly past the village and will take you to Ledec nad Sázavou or upstream via Stvořidla towards Světlá.
Most of the routes are quiet, not very busy and suitable for families with children. Both gravel and road bike lovers will find their way here.

Fishing enthusiasts will also find something to do here - the Sázava River right next to the property is a trout and non-trout fishery, where it is possible to fish with a valid permit (the section is part of the MO ČRS).
From the pier or from the shore you can fish in peace and privacy - an ideal place for morning waiting or evening quiet by the water.
Please just respect the rules of the fishing regulations and be considerate of other visitors.

Our meadow is situated right next to a clean and quiet part of the Sázava River, which is perfect for swimming. Right next to the land there is a wooden pier for comfortable entry into the water - ideal for morning refreshment, romantic evening dip.
In addition, a few minutes walk downstream will lead you to the weir, where a natural pool is formed - a great place for "sniffing" with children, swimming and resting on a blanket.
The water is pleasantly warm in summer, the current is gentle and safe. Swimming here is an experience - without crowds, with a view of nature and the sounds of the forest in the background.
activities for kids
For families with children, there are plenty of ways to keep them entertained:
Right by the river, they can enjoy safe splashing in the shallows or by the weir - the perfect place to build dams, catch pebbles and paddle.
In Hněvkovice (approx. 3 km) you will find a magical playground hidden in the woods - wooden climbing frames, swings and a picnic area.
The meadow itself offers space for evening fairy tales under the stars.

The surroundings of Sázava are interwoven with hiking trails. Directly from the property you can go:
To the ruins of Chřenovice Castle - a romantic walk with a view of the meander of the river.
To Stvořidla - a beautiful rocky reserve with rapids, forests and a wild river, where you can go on foot or by train.
To Ledec nad Sázavou - on the way you can stop for swimming, ice cream or visit the local castle.
The routes are well marked, suitable for both fit hikers and families with children.
