The property features a small farm, and an agro-environmental garden is currently under construction. There are play structures (swings, a trampoline) and a large playground. There is a daycare center (capacity: 12 children) in the building and on the property, which operates Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This property is located in a quiet part of the village, so please keep in mind that you’re heading to a rural setting, out in the middle of nowhere, where it’s peaceful and where we respect our surroundings, neighbors, property rights, and quiet hours at night. The Ten Commandments for Bezkempers (see below) weren’t written for no reason.
You can borrow balance bikes, children’s bikes, adult bikes, and strollers here...

Ten Commandments for Bezkempaři Guests
1. No smoking on the entire property
2. Do not feed the animals (feeding together is possible by agreement)
3. Trees and fences are not playgrounds
4. Observe quiet hours at night
5. Trash belongs in the trash can or dumpster (do not throw it around the property; we use the grass to feed the animals)
6. Do not damage the playground or other equipment—they are here for everyone
7. Return any toys you borrow to the place where you took them from
8. You may use the compost bin, but only for organic waste (no citrus or banana peels—those go in the trash can)
9. The bathroom is available by prior arrangement Mon–Fri 5–8 p.m. and Sat–Sun 10 a.m.–8 p.m.
10. Please use the dry toilet (we mow the grass for the animals, and children play on it)

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
In rainy weather it is not possible to go to the upper garden to the animals. It is necessary to park in the lower garden, which is also nice and offers the same comfort.

Flooded quarry behind the village, saltwater pool in Kdyně 20 km, Domažlice 10 km, also on the German side about 20 km.The pool on the land is private - NOT FOR PUBLIC.
