Restriction of the access road
The land is not very suitable for large motorhomes due to the narrow driveway on the pond embankments, approx 2m. Large and wider motorhomes, almost the size of a bus, have been able to get onto the site, but it must be expected that the car will be 'battered by branches'.

A beautiful, fenced-in property with ponds, fishing opportunities, a dry toilet, a flush toilet, and showers. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
We were absolutely thrilled. The owner and staff were so nice. Nothing was a problem. Everything was clean. Great wildlife watching in the pond. Just a short walk to Lipno Beach, and fantastic bike rides. Perfect for dog owners. The kids went fishing. Be sure to try the trout spread. We ended up staying longer than we planned.

A very nice, quiet spot among the ponds. Excellent fish dishes and friendly owners. We definitely recommend it☺️
A really nice place, clean, friendly owners, everything you need. Just a heads-up for anyone who wants to be completely alone: there are several parking spots on the property (but the property is huge, so you can choose a spot off to the side if you want).
