Cycling routes lead both to the Moravian Karst and to Blansko or Boskovice.Examples of routes:The first route I would choose is to the Moravian Karst - from the property towards Petrovice, then along the yellow trail to Vavřinec, then along the blue trail or road to Sloup, where there are beautiful caves, rock formations and also a beautiful pilgrimage church. From Sloup, you can then take the red trail through the Pustý žleb to the Punkva Caves (cable car to Macocha), to the Rock Mill and back via Blansko and Rájec). If you want to go to the Upper Bridge to Macocha, you can also go from Sloup in the direction of Ostrov u Macocha, where you turn left on the green sign and then right on the yellow sign through the Koňský spás lookout to Macoš. This is a more off-road ride, but a beautiful route. From Macocha, you can then get to Pustý žleb (and follow the red trail back to Sloup and back again via Petrovice to Kuničky. I recommend a shorter trip to the lookout tower in Veselica. Again you will go up to Petrovice and then on to Veselice, if you would like to go a bit longer, I recommend to go to Nové Dvory and the ruins of Blansek Castle. On the other hand, I recommend going directly from the property up the dirt road to Kunice and from there take the red road to Doubravice Castle, Doubravice and back via Rájec-Jestřebí, where there is a beautiful castle with a park and excellent ice cream.
Very nice swimming pools in the surroundings are in Spešov, Újezd u Boskovic, aquapark in Blansko, swimming pool in Boskovice.
There is a hiking trail near the property. Possibility of hiking to the Moravian Karst and surroundings.
