The meadow used to be a game preserve and the land is therefore partially fenced.
You can park and camp at will in the part closer to the forest. We recommend a place by the fireplace in the corner of the plot. Kadibudka, 2x el. A fireplace, 2x socket and 2x water tap are directly on the property. The nearest inhabited building is our house, about 160m as the crow flies (not visible from the fireplace).
There is a site plan in the photo section. Check it out. You can camp and park anywhere except in the red marked zone.
If you have a dog, please keep it under control. There are sheep on the neighbouring property towards the village and the fence is not without holes.

- A dry toilet, or kadibudka.

- Drinking tap water can be drawn from two taps directly on the property.
electricity
- Two sockets are at the southern edge of the property. The meadow has an area of 7000 m2 and it is unfortunately not possible to distribute electricity everywhere. There are two 50m extension cords available.

- Chemical toilet cannot be poured.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
In very heavy downpours, there may be complications for the caravan or motorhome. After all, this is a meadow and if it is waterlogged there is a risk of getting stuck. After a normal summer storm you will have no problem getting in or out.
Restriction of the access road
NOTE TO TRAILERS: When entering the meadow from the road through the gate, it is necessary to turn at a fairly sharp angle. Some non-campers with a long caravan do this by backing into the gate.

Fishing along the Jizera River. The nearest places are in the meadows between Vinec and Zámostí (about 5 min. by car).

Possibility of swimming in the Jizera River at the dam in the village of Vinec (about 5 min. by car).

The meadow is close to the Bohemian Paradise Protected Landscape Area and the Kokořínsko CKHO, Macha Region. Castles Kokořín, Houska and Bezděz.

Very beautiful place, quiet and peaceful. There are many sights nearby, but I chose to walk through the local forest/valley towards Katusice, given the nice weather, and it was great. I was alone on the property in the evening, the sunset combined with dinner was TOP. The site is well equipped - there is access to water and electricity, seating and fire pit, the dry toilet was very clean. The meadow slopes slightly but there are several level spots to pitch a tent. Overall I was extremely satisfied and my stay, although short, met all expectations ☺️.
Wonderful quiet lot, mowed and helpful communication with the owner.. if we have the road, we will use again!
