There are many beautiful romantic ponds and places of great tourist interest in the vicinity. It is a quiet corner near the forest, away from the road, where the stars are beautifully visible at night and the night silence is disturbed only by the voices of the forest, from spring to autumn the occasional chatter of cows with calves and the voices of frogs from our pond :-) and if you are a bit lucky also the bleating of an angry roe deer, which someone disturbed from his nightly trailing :-).

We ask our visitors to call us on arrival in Hasina. call us to show them the shortest way to the property :-). PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO TOILET ON OUR PROPERTY AND THERE IS REALLY NO OPPORTUNITY TO GO TO THE TOILET AND BURY YOUR TREASURE :-), THEREFORE WE CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE CARAVANS AND MOTORHOMES THAT HAVE THEIR OWN TOILET!!!

drinking water
- Drinking water from the tap of the order. The tap is always available, brought out at the entrance to the house. In winter during frosty weather, water can only be drawn from the house, which is located near the camping site. Approx. 20 m.
electricity
- The fee for the electricity connection is 120,- CZK/day. Distance from the electricity. 20 -50 m. We can rent an extension cable.

- Solar shower in the summer months it is possible to use the solar shower by agreement with the owners

- A place to pour out grey water (only when using eco-cleaners) is provided on the property, about 10 - 20 m from the caravan park (behind the road on the other side into the tall grass).
Chemical toilet
- The chemical toilet can be poured directly into the cesspool opening about 20 m from the caravan site.
The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The driveway is flat and passable even in winter. It is newly constructed, paved with recycled asphalt screed. Due to the heavier layer of recyclate, we ask guests to drive carefully when arriving and departing and to use ONLY THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD !!! as the edges are unstable and could run off. Max in heavy snowfall it is not possible to drive up to the property. If this is the case, we ask interested campers to inquire in advance about the possibility of getting to the designated campsite.

The castle, brewery and old Czech pub in Dětenice, Košík farm with the famous Tuchom restaurant and Bučický mill, where you can refresh yourself, etc. All in the vicinity of about 8 - 10 km. Křinec, the witness hill Chotuc with a beautiful view of the Polabska lowlands, Romanka lookout tower Hrubý Jeseník, castle and labyrintharium Loučeň. Our land is located directly in the famous bird area Rožďalovice Ponds, where there is also a nature trail for children.

Swimming pool in the garden. Natural swimming pools in Libány and Seletice, or swimming in the nearby Pilský pond, about 2 km away, where fairy tales were filmed.

Nearby is the beautiful Bučický mill, where you can go for a meal, a drink, with a terrace. Historical entertainment shows with food and drink service are held here every Friday and Saturday. Restaurant Tuchom and many more. We can recommend the nature trail Holské rybníky near Rožďalovice. This trail is full of beautiful wooden stops, gazebos and rest areas with views of the beautiful local ponds.
Puppies allowed, but only by prior agreement with the owner. It depends on the breed and sex, as we have 2 female Bernese Mountain Dogs on unfenced land, and at playtime this could be a problem. There could also be a problem with other females who do not respect that our females are at home. Therefore, if you wish to come to us with any dog, please first make an enquiry and specify what breed and sex of dog you have. There is a fire pit and an older grill on the property, but only with your own wood.

It is a beautiful and very quiet place.Perfect communication with the owners of the land,nice people.We are at the other end of the country,but if we went to the nearby area we would definitely use this place again.

I can't help but give the best possible rating. To rip off even half a heart for this place makes no sense at all. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay with an RV, and at a very reasonable price. Nice owners and nice surroundings. I've lost count of how many times we've been here, but it certainly won't be the last :).
Beautiful quiet land, relaxed owners. We would love to come back sometime.
