- Drinking water approx 100m from the site near my house, your supplies can be replenished by arrangement.

- Approximately 100m away in my garage the possibility of charging electric bikes etc. There is no permanent connection at the place of parking.

- Can be poured near the property. Please do not throw rubbish around, there are waste containers at the exit to the main road.
Chemical toilet
- It's not possible. As a former tremp, I always carried a shovel with me and always buried the bio I left behind, so I ask you to do the same so other campers don't have dirty shoes.
The property is easy to access even in bad weather
Tarmac road approximately 800 m from the main road. Maintained in winter. The land has a rocky subsoil, so there is no problem to find a firm place even in the rain.
Restriction of the access road
The entrance to the site is 4m wide , the site is secured against unauthorised users by a ditch towards the road and bars with tape.

Tips for trips around the area. There is a glassworks with a tour in nearby Lindava. There is an interesting glass museum in Nový Bor. Zákupy castle where the heir to the Habsburg throne, Archduke Franz Ferdinand d'Este, was married. A nice quiet place
Nice grassy plot in a flat area in semi seclusion, complete peace, recommended to all who like hikes. The solitude suited us perfectly and we enjoyed the surrounding woods....
Beautiful land with a friendly owner. It was no problem to fill up the water canister and exchange a few kind words. Complaints about the crooked and problematic land I consider to be false, yes it's not flat but it's not terrible either. There is a brick fire pit with a grate on site. There are a couple of small spots on the property where sandstone rock protrudes, which is not a bad thing especially for a fire pit or grill. I recommend that children are supervised at the site, the property ends at the woods with a long slope. There is a plethora of places to hike in the area. This is not a secluded area, we got along with a neighbor nearby without any problems. There are both sorted and mixed containers about a mile and a half from the property towards the main road, which is an advantage. Thank you!
Beautiful and quiet plot. In the evening we had a barbecue. We had the land to ourselves.
Super site for camping, huge plus is the fire pit with grate. The land is right next to the last house. We had the whole meadow to ourselves ☺️
