Where do the property ratings come from?
We visited over the weekend. The place very quiet and most importantly you have a complete private. Place ideal for visiting Prague, 20 min to the center. The owner of the land very nice and accommodating. The only thing, so it's a bit more challenging to turn around here with the caravan, but otherwise great. 🤗
We were happy with our stay on the property, more specifically with the lower lot. Just right for a car and camper, super privacy. The owner responds in a flash is helpful with everything. Nearby pub which we did not try
The land has a great advantage in location - the proximity to Prague is great for a short rest or overnight stay without having to go far. We also appreciate the possibility to connect to electricity and refill drinking water, which makes the stay much more pleasant. There is plenty of shade on site, so even on hot days it is pleasant.
A private toilet is to be expected. During our stay at the end of August, the site was dry and looked a little bleak. There are smaller establishments nearby that can be noisier during the day, and at times we smelled chemicals from the production such as paint or thinners. The woodland on the lower site could do with a clean up as there is noticeable waste in some places.
The location is practical for a short overnight stay near Prague, but we would choose a different location for a longer stay next time.
