This is a plot of land near the former guesthouse, there are two separate reservations possible, if you want to come with friends, we can comfortably fit up to six caravans with an area of about 700m2 (friends, families with children - in this case it is possible to combine caravans and tents, and negotiate an individual price), from us to the rocks is access from the other side (on the green around the cemetery) than the main entrance, ie without a lot of people, cars, stalls, etc. (about 3km). PS: with us you pay for a maximum of two children, if like us you have five, write only two - refers to one car. PS II: there is no work going on in the building when reservations are possible - you have absolute peace of mind with us.

Great land, quiet, train, birds, deer barking in the evening. Perfect for dog walkers and nature lovers. Above the land beautiful forest and pastures, below the land trail to Teplice Rocks. We really enjoyed it, we did not miss anything. Thank you, we will certainly be back ✨

Absolutely fantastic place where foxes (and bleating deer 😄) say goodnight. Absolute peace in the surroundings, walks in the woods are divine and Teplice rock town was manageable on foot even by our two year old. Who couldn't- amazing train access from Janovice directly to Teplice. Samka is fine, only the pub is closed on Sundays. We really enjoyed our time here and are writing in our diary of our favourite camping sites and especially our favourite owners. He offered us help, explained everything, helped us, in a word- great!

Everything went fine, as described to the place. We extended by one day - communication with the owner at ease, immediate response and helpfulness.
Staying at the "back gate" of Teplice Rocks - absolutely great. There were one other campers on the property - no problems. Otherwise completely like a secluded place by the forest. For being here during the Easter period, it was incredibly peaceful WITHOUT people. There is a local pub/guest house a short walk from the site, about 1km down the road. Excellent food, the blueberry dumplings were great.
About 10km to the rocks from where we stayed by a nice road and mostly no crowds of tourists - great. Beware, when you go to the rock town, there is a guard standing at the connection to the circuit checking tickets! We had bought online but you can buy directly from the guard. I just don't know how to pay, they probably won't take the card !??
I can only highly recommend the place, great location.

Nice level partly paved plot in a quiet village. This place is suitable for visiting Adršpach Rocks either on foot along the green about 3,5km or by train to more distant parts of Adršpach. The station is about a kilometre towards the village. The owner of the land recommended us to visit the local restaurant (on maps.cz it has 4,9) home cooking very good. We had a good time here and liked it very much. We would love to come back here again. Thank you.
