Thanks to the reviews and the description, we knew what we were getting into, and we had anticipated the situation regarding privacy on the property near the houses. We found the site easily by mowing, it was easy to drive on, and we easily leveled the car with the tent on the roof thanks to simple wedges. The owner came to say hello to us, otherwise we didn't need to be in contact as everything was fine from our side. I appreciated the proximity of the shop and the bus service, which made it easier for us to move closer to the hiking trails to Lysá hora and other places. For self-sufficient travelers who don't mind the stares of casual passers-by and passers-by manage to sort out their hygiene and toilet on their own, it's a fine place.
The grounds are beautiful, and the view is spectacular. We give it three hearts. A review of a quiet place? It's a point of view, but it's not even possible. You can see the meadow on three sides, so no privacy. We put up tents. The place is close to commercial sites. There's a ranch with horses at the end of the road. Tractors and cars run all day. There's construction on the other side. On a weekday, the backhoe didn't stop until the evening. From the moment we arrived at the uncut meadow, the neighborhood let loose with the full force of decibels. A tractor and a car back and forth, each time accompanied by the barking of dogs. Not counting the hikers and dog walkers. In a moment of reduced noise, the neighbors came to cut wood by the trees near our apartment building.
