A cabin with a bunk bed for 2 people is available for rent. Located on the border between civilization and nature, with the option to borrow balls, badminton equipment, soft tennis gear, pétanque sets, etc. 500 m from the Dyje River. Suitable for families with children and dogs. The Hruška store is 100 m away, and Kaufland and Albert are 500 m away. You’re in the city, yet surrounded by nature.

- There’s a classic outhouse in the garden. 😊 It’s nothing fancy, but it serves its purpose. We’re out in nature, so you might encounter a few bugs and, occasionally, that typical smell. Please leave it in the same condition you’d like to find it yourself. Thank you!

- Drinking water from the barrel and utility water from the well are available only by prior arrangement with Karel, and must be requested well in advance.

- There is a new electrical connection at the property line. Connection is possible by prior arrangement. I recommend having your own extension cord that is long enough and designed for outdoor use.
shower / washroom
- By arrangement, you can also use a garden hose connected to the well to rinse off. This is not a standard shower, and you’ll need to turn on the water in advance.

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
Please check with Karel about the current situation due to construction. For motorhomes and caravans, the "southern" access road is better, the passage behind the former Dukla Hotel. The "northern" route from Holandská Street can be difficult for larger vehicles due to parked cars.

Znojmo is definitely not just about wine! 😊 If you have time, I recommend taking a stroll through the historic center and exploring some of our beautiful landmarks.
🕯️ The Znojmo Underground – a unique labyrinth of approximately 27 km of tunnels and cellars beneath the historic center. In addition to standard tours, there are also adrenaline-pumping routes for the more adventurous visitors.
🗼 Town Hall Tower – one of Znojmo’s most striking landmarks, offering a magnificent view of the city and the surrounding area.
⛪ St. Catherine’s Rotunda – a rare Romanesque monument featuring unique wall paintings from the Přemyslid era.
🏰 Znojmo Castle – a historic complex with a museum and beautiful views of the Dyje River valley.
⛪ St. Nicholas Church – a magnificent Gothic church offering some of the most beautiful views of Znojmo.
🌄 Viewpoints along the Dyje – be sure not to miss the viewpoint by the rotunda, Karolína Park, the Na Káře viewpoint, or a walk through the Gránice Valley.
🧱 Znojmo City Walls and Vlk’s Tower – the remains of medieval fortifications, which you can explore with a guided tour.
🍷 Loucký Monastery – a monumental historic monastery associated with the Znovín Znojmo winery.

🌿 Podyjí National Park – beautiful nature perfect for hiking and biking. Kraví hora, the Šobes vineyards, Sealsfield’s Stone, and nearby Hardegg, Austria, are all worth a visit.

Please respect the private section of the garden, which is separated by gates. Please leave any fruit and other produce where you find them.
Dogs are also welcome in the garden, but please follow the rules for their stay.
Fires and barbecues are permitted in designated areas, provided current conditions allow it. Please be considerate of the neighbors—no loud parties or loud music, even during the day.

Due to the ongoing construction of an apartment building on the opposite side, it is very difficult, if not impossible, for longer motorhomes (ours is 9 meters long) and travel trailers to park on the property.

Rád bych jen upřesnil, že na probíhající výstavbu v sousedství a možná omezení příjezdu upozorňuji již v popisu pozemku. Když jste mi telefonoval, že se vám nedaří na pozemek zajet, doporučil jsem vám příjezd z druhé strany.
Na zahradu pravidelně zajíždím i se svým desetimetrovým americkým obytným vozem, a to bez asistence další osoby. Příjezd je tedy možný i s většími vozy, samozřejmě záleží na zkušenostech řidiče, rozměrech soupravy a aktuální situaci na přístupové cestě.
Mrzí mě, že jste si z pobytu odvezli právě tento dojem. Věřím ale, že moje upřesnění pomůže dalším návštěvníkům při plánování příjezdu.

A truly ideal spot for exploring the city and going on wine tours. Everything is close by, yet it’s quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep away from the city center. We’ll definitely be back.
The dry toilet had plenty of toiletries. There is a pergola where you can take shelter, as well as a fire pit with wood.
A very nice and well-maintained garden, just a short walk from the starting point of the Moravian Wine Trails. We really liked it.
The accommodations at Bezkemp fully met our needs and expectations—excellent access to public transit stops and nature, and the electrical connection was more than sufficient; plus, they’re planning to upgrade the electrical system. The neighboring construction didn’t bother us at all, though it’s a shame it will change the character of the landscape. The access road was fine, but it would be a bit narrow for a large RV; that will surely improve once the apartment buildings are completed. Otherwise, we have no complaints; among other things, the kids really enjoyed the jungle gym and the trampoline, and we’ll be happy to use the garden again during our next visit for the grape harvest. We didn’t actually meet Karel, but we were able to handle everything over the phone; he was accommodating, had no problem with our late arrival, and even offered us some dry firewood to use.
Elektrickou přípojku skutečně dále posilujeme, aby byl pobyt ještě komfortnější. Budeme rádi, když se k nám při některé z dalších návštěv Znojma zase vrátíte.
Díky a třeba se příště potkáme i osobně. :-)
