The land is accessed by a bridge over the railway. There is a weight restriction - no entry of vehicles over 3 t. There is also an alternative road to the land, but it is very steep - a steep climb.

For fishing it is possible to use the Dubník reservoir - however, for fishing it is necessary to have a permit and a fishing license. If you are interested, we can find out more precise conditions.

The land is close to the town of Stará Turá, which also includes the water area Dubník, where you can swim in the summer, sail on a boat, or also visit the summer festival Dance of the Sun.

Fans of flying model airplanes gather near the property. In the nearby woods, mushroom picking is possible.
The land is sloping, the upper part is flat and is located in the middle of meadows and fields where it is cultivated and directly below it there is a small dam, so it is advisable to observe water and soil protection to avoid pollution of the surrounding land. Open fires cannot yet be lit until a fire pit has been constructed. The property is not fenced, so free movement of dogs (other animals) is at your own risk. For safety reasons, camping in tents is not advisable as the land is not secured against strangers entering the land - the fencing has not been completed due to time constraints. Wild rabbits and deer roam the area.
