Well maintained, gently sloping land between fields. One can find a place and the right angle to sleep in the car. The flattest land is the road next to the fire pit, but I didn't want to risk a tractor going through and getting all dusty. The decision to be up by the woods was a wise one, with about 5 farm machines passing from 3pm until evening, otherwise no one. Moments after arriving 200m from me the farmers started spraying the fields, luckily the wind was playing in my favour. The next morning I was not so lucky and instead of having breakfast, I preferred to follow the slogan of the website bezkempu.cz - RUN! Overall, the place is fine, but the tranquility can be easily disturbed in the above described way.

The property is as described, and recommended for a visit even in winter! The evening we were there we experienced the clearest starry sky. The night was quiet and the day after the owner happened to come by to greet us. A very nice gentleman who himself traveled a lot with his wife in the campervan. Will definitely be back!
