Prepare for mosquitoes and ticks :-). The land is definitely not for those looking for a quiet place to listen to the trees. I crawled into the camper at 9 because of the road noise. As far as neatness is concerned, the land could use more care - e.g. cut out a few spots in the reeds for the fishermen, cut the grass (for which the owner apologized to me on the phone). Otherwise rather poor for fish - I only caught 1 Tench (but I'm a beginner - true). The lady owner didn't know because they weren't there to fish this year. You can't swim much - green water, but there is a big probably former quarry next to it. Unfortunately there are fishermen there, so before I could go there in the morning, it was already occupied, so nothing :-). If you come here, I recommend to visit Kestřany - Horní Tvrz. Very nice.

Great place to fish, my boyfriend and I were alone on the property and enjoyed two days of solitude and peace :) The only thing I missed was the possibility of swimming in the pond, but otherwise I have nothing to complain about.
