Mowed, fire pit set.
There were a bit of snot everywhere and I sat in the nettles 😂 but we liked it there. And the sheep and goats next door. ❤️

Very nice place by the pond, the owner also let us stay longer on the property on the day of departure. The grass on the property was quite tall!!!

Great location a short walk from the station and right by the water, so perfect as a train trip with a smaller child. Cherry trees on the property, two snack bars around the pond. The only thing that unpleasantly surprised us was the Saturday night party at the Reeds kiosk. Very loud music was carried across the water until late at night, so I recommend checking the Reeds refreshments fb before you arrive to see if they have anything planned. Otherwise we were satisfied.

It was our second stay, again full satisfaction.There were cyanobacteria in the fish tank, but this is not the owner's fault and it does not change the overall rating.

A nice place with a chopped patch and a fireplace. As someone already wrote below, the road on the other side of the pond is busy, so you won't enjoy perfect silence, so you have to get farther away from civilization, but there you don't have the advantages of nearby refreshments or a nearby train station (which we travelers without a car will appreciate :-)).
