The land area is absolutely flat and the plot is located in the immediate vicinity (150 m) from the ski slope in the very attractive touristic recreational centre of the Jeseníky Mountains - Karlova.

In winter the area is maintained, in the same mode as all other municipal car parks and paths. However, it's a good idea to bring a shovel and rake in case it comes up and you need to move outside this standard regime or shovel and compare the exit from the car park after ploughing....

After the summer experience, we tried the land in winter. We were staying for two nights, so we didn't need electricity, but for a longer stay it would certainly come in handy, so it's good that it's available. The location practically below the slopes is great if you go skiing like we did. We had a great time skiing. The land is right next to the road, but it is screened by bushes and trees, so the nights were quiet. A great plot of land for a weekend or even longer skiing. Thanks.
