The area of the plot is absolutely flat and the plot is located in the immediate vicinity (150 m) from the ski slope in the very attractive tourist recreational centre of the Jeseníky Mountains - Karlov.
It is important to enter the coordinates in the navigation. which will come to you after the reservation is completed by e-mail - they are accurate and will lead you exactly to the land. Most guests take a picture of the location of the plot just from the general information about the plot from the "escape map" and then write in the evaluation that the coordinates are not accurate !!!
The area is maintained in winter, in the same regime as all other municipal car parks and paths. However, it's a good idea to bring a shovel and rake in case it strikes and you need to move outside this standard mode or shovel and compare the exit from the car park after ploughing....
There are two fire rings with pallet seating.
A drinking water well is approx 300m from the site - see points of interest.
There are also 4 230V connections, each with a 16A circuit breaker, so there is no problem to connect 2-3 caravans to one socket.
The land is not secluded. There are some guest houses nearby, but also plenty of restaurants.
Keep the land clean. Please take away any rubbish produced, thank you.

The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The road to the property is maintained. The property is located immediately adjacent to this road.The property is kept passable in the same manner as all municipal roads and parking lots.Movement on the property can be problematic if it snows a lot, or after plowing (even if it is completely level) depending on the current snow condition or after snow removal by previous visitors. I recommend having a shovel with you in case more snow falls - this should be enough to move around the property without problems.

The asphalt area (it is mentioned in the description) is not much for summer, small asphalt with pebbles everywhere after morning dew (worn in the caravan despite the blowing out). No privacy no matter how you stand. Main road on one side, apartments and road to them on the other, and more construction workers. Lack of at least utility water, grey water spillage facilities, bins and even a dry toilet.

Maybe it would be nice if the lawn was mowed...but otherwise good.
Sufficient for overnight stay, gps was not working, we had to search through the lens for a photo of the house, otherwise we would not have found it at night.
