The road is paved with gravel.bumpy. Below the house there is about 10 meters steep climb - the wheels are a bit rattled, but always, if it is not snowy or after heavy rain, you can ride. For safety you can eventually choose stand 2.
Restriction of the access road
At the narrowest point (by the power line pole) the path is 3.2 m wide.

A very pleasant place at an altitude of 600 m directly below Ještěd with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Bohemian Paradise, the Macha region with Bezděz to Prague and the Czech Central Highlands. The extremely helpful owner gave us a tour of the property and introduced us to all the facilities including a classic dry toilet, a garden shower with solar heating, a source of drinking water and electricity. For children there are swings and a trampoline. There are three possible sites in close proximity to each other. Site 3 is in close proximity to the owner's house, yet with adequate privacy. It is quite sloping but can be cleared. Site 2 is below site 3 and is more level. It is a great starting point for cycling routes to the Macha region, Kryštofovo valley or Ještěd. But you have to take into account steep hills. Nearby restaurant and convenience store.
We recommend the land.

Beautiful place, amazing views of the local peaks. Mr. owner very nice and helpful. Just be careful in rainy weather. The meadow is waterlogged and it can be a problem for a larger motorhome to fit. Otherwise everything is great!
