Beautiful, sunny, very spacious and yet cozy place, lined with a clear stream and forest, far enough away from crowded tourist centers, yet very close to all interesting destinations (e.g. Deštné v Orlických horách, Šerlich, Velká Deštná, Říčky v Orlických horách, famous bunkers and fortifications, charming lookout towers...)
Thanks to the immediate proximity to the forest, the chirping of songbirds can be heard in the valley all year round, deer, hares and other forest animals are popular here, sometimes a cottager or a passing cyclist.
We offer open arms with the possibility of additional support - a brochure with more detailed tips for hiking - so you can really relax, even from unnecessary thinking..., it is possible to bring pastries in the morning, take you to the starting point for the hike, rent anything you will miss... everything is by appointment. ;-)

The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The paved driveway to the property is passable with the utmost care. In winter it is essential to have a 4x4 vehicle, off-road chassis, snow chains and other winter equipment such as a shovel and rope. We will be happy to provide you with up-to-date information on the road conditions during the snow season! :-)

Lots of beautiful bike paths, one of them runs right past the property. Tips for cycling trips are available on site. :-)

Directly from the property you can go cross-country skiing /snowshoeing, skialpy/ on the surrounding hills with views. In the vicinity there are popular ski resorts.

Refreshing bathing in the pool of the mountain stream, for lovers of public swimming pools there is a possibility of swimming in Bystry, Dobry, Dobruška, Broumar pond in Opočno, Rozkoš water reservoir, or Wodny Świat Kudowa-Zdrój.

The land is located safely away from the road and provides plenty of space for children's games (meadow, forest, stream).A few minutes walk away there is a beautiful playground with wooden climbing frames, there is also the possibility of renting a multifunctional playground with lighting; in Sedloňov there is an extraordinary open-air gym. Please use the barbecue only on the panel road. If you are the lucky owner of a grill with long enough legs and do not burn the lawn, you can grill anywhere.
Fires are only allowed in designated areas (fire pits).
If your dog barks a lot or doesn't get along with other dogs, please consider reserving the entire property.

Warm communication and detailed information on arrival, tips for excursions in the area are included with the property, very nice. Despite the bad weather we had no problem leaving thanks to the paved road. Beautiful creek where our boys could play. Great potential to go on trips in the area whether walking, cycling or driving. We were alone on the property in the off season, but even with multiple reservations I wouldn't worry, there is plenty of space. There are a couple of cottages in the vicinity, meaning you don't go into the woods for solitude, but not surprising when it's so nice.
