What can you expect here?
A beautiful, sunny, very spacious yet cozy spot, bordered by a crystal-clear stream and forest, far enough away from crowded tourist centers, yet very close to all the interesting destinations (e.g., Deštné in the Orlické Mountains, Šerlich, Velká Deštná, Říčky in the Orlické Mountains, famous bunkers and fortifications, charming observation towers...)
Thanks to the forest’s immediate proximity, the chirping of songbirds can be heard in the valley all year round; roe deer, hares, and other forest animals often make an appearance here, and occasionally a cottage owner or passing cyclist!
We welcome you with open arms and are happy to offer additional support—such as a brochure with more detailed tips for day trips—so you can truly relax, even from unnecessary worries... We can also arrange for morning bread delivery, a ride to your hiking starting point, or the rental of anything you might need… everything is negotiable. ;-)

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The paved driveway to the property is passable with the utmost care. In winter it is essential to have a 4x4 vehicle, off-road chassis, snow chains and other winter equipment such as a shovel and rope. We will be happy to provide you with up-to-date information on the road conditions during the snow season! :-)

Lots of beautiful bike paths, one of them runs right past the property. Tips for cycling trips are available on site. :-)

Directly from the property you can go cross-country skiing /snowshoeing, skialpy/ on the surrounding hills with views. In the vicinity there are popular ski resorts.

Refreshing bathing in the pool of the mountain stream, for lovers of public swimming pools there is a possibility of swimming in Bystry, Dobry, Dobruška, Broumar pond in Opočno, Rozkoš water reservoir, or Wodny Świat Kudowa-Zdrój.

Please use the barbecue only on the panel road. If you are the lucky owner of a grill with long enough legs and do not burn the lawn, you can grill anywhere.
Fires are only allowed in designated areas (fire pits).
If your dog barks a lot or doesn't get along with other dogs, please consider reserving the entire property.

A beautiful, secluded valley—a really nice plot of land, exactly as described, mowed and tidy; you sleep like a baby here :)
An absolutely amazing valley. It’ll recharge your batteries and fill your eyes with beauty. The owners are incredibly kind, and everything is perfectly organized. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to relax.
This place is simply magical. It’s magical in and of itself—the way it’s maintained and set up—and especially thanks to the truly wonderful care provided by Ms. Martina. It’s a great starting point for cycling. There are also plenty of opportunities in the area for walks, both long and short. The place is incredibly peaceful—in fact, just being there is the best thing to do. There’s a stream, and the valley is pleasantly cool, which is a big plus now in the summer. So thank you, and we’re already thinking about when we can go back.
A lovely place to stay overnight. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a pleasant surprise.
The property is in good condition—everything is clean and the grass is mowed. For that price, though, there could at least be a dry toilet somewhere in the corner. Otherwise, the neighbors are a bit noisy, but there’s nothing you can do about that.
