On the property we were satisfied with nothing we more or less missed there is a chemical toilet sink and septic water drinking water and electricity. The land nice maintained grass access also in order and without problems. For us the land is situated on a good starting point and for a decent penny. The owner is great to talk to and is easy going. On our behalf we recommend.
