Land on the shore of the Rozkoš dam #2779

The land is located directly on the shore of the Rozkoš water reservoir and is adjacent to a grassy beach, which can be used free of charge. It is a flat grassy plot of about 4000 m2, where everyone will find their own place. Your reserved place is always secure. On the plot there are water posts, a grey waste water sink and a toilet cassette sink. All of this is located at the entrance to the property ( toilet and shower NOT ). There are also electric pillars with CEE sockets or our Czech sockets located on the property, which you can connect to with your caravan or motorhome (electricity is already included in the price, but you cannot heat with it). It is only a few metres from the caravan to the water.There may be several crews on the property, but it is not uncommon to be there all alone.There is a marked cycle path right next to the property. The land is especially suitable for families with children, fishermen, hikers and cyclists. In this part of Rozkoše there is water suitable for swimming and water sports. Fish can be caught about 30m from your caravan or motorhome.As this is a caravan stellplatz, you must take into account the possible presence of other guests.
